Well... not new to the Buffy/Angel-verse... just new here.

So... Hi all! I've been a fan of Buffy since season 1. Loved the Buffy/Angel love. 😀

It's good to see a good forum is still up and running for all things Buffy/Angel. This board looks great. I used to belong to a Buffy community many moons ago, but it's no longer running. I stumbled across this one and am glad I did.

Was hoping to maybe see a few old friends that I used to talk to and lost touch with. Some of their names were; Slayerman, Danika, Calamity and Trix.

Yup... I'm a B/A shipper. Wow... I've been away from this Buffy-Angel board stuff for awhile. It's great to be talking like that again. 😀

I just have to say... that I was cruising around the board and checking out some of the threads/forums/topics and it all looks very, very cool.

Will definitely check out the "Get Adopted" section.

You see the little scales on the upper right corner of each post? That's how you give people "reputation".

It's main application is to try and limit short posts like "I totally agree!" or "Definitely", by using the karma feature you can let a user know that you agree/disagree (and/or leave a short message) without having to make an entire post.

The little green squares under your username and such represent your "karma" or "reputation"-- how many times people have agreed with you. It builds up and is very nifty when it does 🙂

If you haven't already, please refer to the FAQ to familiarize yourself with the Board's rules.

You may also want to try posting in our BAD EGGS Adoption Forum, where new members may go if they wish to be mentored by another member who will help guide them around the boards.
 
Hey Daisy- great to have you here! I'm a veteran Buffy fan also (Hey, I've never used that phrase before. But I like it. I may coin it.....hehe) and I totally agree that it's great to finally come across a great board that's still being run so well. Took me aaaaaages to find it, haha.
Well anyway, like I said, welcome to the boards and hope to see you posting around soon.
