I'm Myriam, 24 years old, from The Netherlands. I found this forum and though I'm usually not very active on forums I thought I might give it a try this time.
I got to know Buffy when I was around 14 or 15 and my father bought a DVD-box to watch with me and my sister. I'm not sure about the age but I think this must be a good guess. I used to be such a big fan at that time that I learned some episodes by heart and was talking Buffy-lines with my (now ex-)girlfriend and my father started naming us "his Willow and Tara".

It went over after a while, but when I got bored last month I started watching Buffy again and I'm totally back! Not into learning episodes by heart anymore but I love watching it again! And since I'm the only one around here who likes to watch Buffy I figured finding a forum to talk with people who actually don't think I watch strange series might be nice ;-).

So, here I am! Let's see how it will go 🙂.

So are either Willow or Tara your favourite character on the show, or is it somebody else?
 
Nope, both aren't. My favorite character is Anya. I just love how she expresses herself, how she just says what's on her mind without thinking. I think she's an amazing character.
 
Aww, that's so cute that your dad called you "his Willow and Tara"! (big fan of Willow and Tara here lol)

Do you also watch other Whedon shows also?
