Next arc? (spoilers)

OK, so it might just be me, but I find it a little strange that there is no info on the upcoming arcs, or any new covers, I mean we knew what the next 3 arcs would be at around issue 2, and now all we know is that after Wolves at the Gate we get a Fray crossover. Does anyone have any info on what happens next? what writers/artists are taking over after the whedon/moline arc? thanks in advance.

Apparently Jeph Loeb's gonna write a stand-alone #20. Then there's supposed to be a huge arc written by Buffy writers and others"”Espenson, Petrie, Greenberg, etc. A single story, told from multiple perspectives (#21-29) So says wikipedia.

I'm not sure how I feel about the Jeph Loeb one, the way I heard it described. Loeb worked with Whedon on the 10 minute pilot for the proposed Buffy animated series that was going to take place during the high school years.

The way I remember hearing it, his S-8 arc will be done in the artistic style of Buffy animated, and in some way turns the clock back to high school. It was all kind of vague, but just based on that it sounds sort of, I don't know, uncool. I'll turn out to be wrong of course, because Joss doesn't do uncool.

Could be cool if it actually moves the season forward somehow or reveals something we hadn't known about the Scoobs.

I wonder if they'd actually use Eric Wight, from Buffy animated. I do like that retro thing he does.
