Well not sure it's 'nice' but in Beneath You, when Nancy asks if all the scoobies have slept with each other, Xander and Spike exchange a look that always makes me smile 🙂

That was a definite Spander moment 😀

I was thinking more like their moment in Spiral. Xander lighting Spike's cigarette, Spike saying thank you, and Xander asking about Spike's wounds. They were completely civil and friendly in that scene.

I don't know if this counts but there's a scene in S4, Hush I think where Spike playfully rags on Xander in Anya's voice (Spike: "Xander don't you care about me?" Xander: "Shut up!" Spike: "We never talk..") I felt kind of affectionate and familiar, like there was potential for some budding camaraderie between them.

It's actually pretty sad but I like in Forever, when Xander sends Spike away, assuming he was being selfish and inconsiderate, and Willow tells him he didn't leave a card. Xander completely shifts emotions and has a look that I'd almost call sympathy but at least say is understanding. And he's pretty nice to Spike the rest of the season, so I call this a sweet turning point.

S5 is filled with good Xander/Spike moments like playing pool and complaining to each other about the women in their lives in Triangle. Also Xander being sympathetic to Spike in Intervention.
