My dad works at the MK Dons's Stadium, how could he not tell me!?
 
need some help, ive been on the collectormania site, but i didnt understnad it, if there is anyone who lives in M.K or has been before, do you know how far away is the centre from where the coach parks?
Also, what is the actual event like? Is it a shopping centre, a big hall etc etc???
info would be great. 🙂

I live in MK! Me! Me! *raises hand*

The coach park inst too far away from the centre. About a 3 minutes drive 🙂

Yeah, there's this big hall at one end of the shopping centre next to John Lewis and Next. It's a good event. A bit packed. Collectormania 5 wasn't bad, now one I knew but they sell some really great stuff and the atmosphere is really enjoyable!

I didn't realise there was a Buffy talk on Sunday!!! I tried to book tickets but they said I cant any more as its too close but tickets will be available on the door. Is there any way you can get them early Xander Harris, I REALLY want to go.

I will be there from 11-5 (open 10-5 on Sunday). Found out my train is like £13 now I have a young persons railcard, hurrah.

So sooooo looking forward to it!

I read about the Buffy talk and as much as I would like to go to that I fund the party more appealing. I really want to see Adam Busch's band "Common Rotation" live! Plus I KNOW Tom Lenk is gonna be there for sure along with Billy Boyd [Pippin from LotR]

Im really excited now, going to book the train tickets tomorrow or the day after. Going to have to get up at 7am on Sunday but man is it going to be worth it.

You taking something to be signed or getting a photo to be signed? Dunno what to take, might take the Xander files. I intended to draw a pic of Nick (rhymes 🙂) but it never worked and I ran out of time.
 
My friend who is in love with LOTR (and more specifically, Orlando Bloom) always mentions the fact Billy Boyd shares a surname with me and once tried to find some kind of family link. Don't know if she did.
 
Billy was always my fave from LOTR, Orli cute yes, but Billy is a good character. Especially the commentries that he and Dom did.
 
I found out tonight there are only a few tickets left for the party - if you haven't already purchased one you can get them from the Information Booth at Collectormania 6.
 
any got any good conversation starters for any of them?? im scared im just gonna freeze up or just babble on!
Is anyone giving them anything for a present?
 
Billy Boyd was my favourite character from LotR. He's just so adorable! And he provided alot of the humor 😉

I have a Life Size Mini-Me doll I'm going to Verne Troyer [Mini-Me] to sign!!

I dont think I have anything worthwhile for anyone from Buffy to sign

lol I remember the first time I met Tony Head I was getting my pic taken and the first thing that came out of my mouth was wow your tall! As well he is, and i'm quite small so it was like little and large.
 
I mentioned in passing to a friend that Billy Boyd will be there and now she has me getting autographs and taking photos and all sorts. Wish I never had.

C'mon Faith, show us the pic 😛
 
Just booked the train tickets, woo!

Thing is gotta use a fast track machine, which gets me to put my card in, type in a reference number and voila tickets. However need to do it in Birmingham and I used my dad's card so now my mum's worried.
 
Did anyone else go/going to Milton Keynes

I went today with my brother and if you are going tomorrow, for one thing don't expect it to be cheap. All the Buffy cast members that attend charge £20 quid for an autograph and Nicholas Brendon doesn't pose for ANY photos as well as not being being the most talkative bloke.

It's interesting that Nicholas has been the least successful of the original cast cos he certainly has talent for comedy but now has to attend functions like this to get afew extra bucks.

The other "celebrities" are mostly C list but for Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) to charge £25 quid per autograph and bar anyone from taking photos verges on a case of prima donna syndrome.

Well saying all that I couldn't travel all the way to Milton Keynes and not pick a couple of autographs. I did get Xander and most importantly Stacy Keibler's who is as stunning in real life as she is on TV. My brother also got WWE superstar Test's signature as well as Austin Powers star Mini Me.
 
Happen to know how much Billy Boyd was, a friends asked me to get his.

Did The Trio sign together or seperatly?

Im going tomorrow, looking forward to it.
