Hmm, I know I shouldn't jump to conclusions but hasnt he been arrested for drunk driving offenses before? I hope that isn't it, I mean people get in car accidents all the time.

He wasn't arrested for drunk driving; he was arrested for being drunk and disorderly in public. Nick has gone through rehab since then as hasnt been in trouble since. I don't think it's very cool for you to even suggest that he was at fault because he's drinking again.

I just wondered. I was wrong about the drunk driving, and I haven't kept close watch on his personal life. I'm glad that it isn't the case! As I said, car accidents happen all the time, so I knew it wasn't neccessarily that.
