Nightmares

I have wondered the same thing. I was thinking that it was her nightmare to look like a vampire but not be one........but then she does mention in that episode that they had to hurry before she got too hungry or something along those lines.

Now I can't stop thinking about it!
 
Maybe since it wasn't 'real' she was not entirely evil as a vampire is.

But yes, she said that they'd better hurry because she was getting hungry, so who knows?
 
Maybe since it was Buffy's worst nightmare, she had to have her good conscious alive and kicking to realize that she's turned into a vampire. I mean, it wouldn't really be a nightmare for her if she was evil with an evil conscious because what would she have to fear then?

I don't think it meant she was evil when she was stating that she was starting to get hungry. She wanted to hurry because she didn't want to have to think about drinking blood.
 
how did they get from the dark patch graveyard to to hospital aswel? as it was day which they had to walk in in order to get to the hospital.
 
wouldn't find these mestakes in season 7! just shows how much the writers have beveloped... or they can afford better ones now.
