Nina? Yay or nay? Personaly I say nay because of Bangle, and the only person for Angel is Buffy (or Faith) anyways. I'm intreted in you guys thoughts about Nina Ash.

Nina (Jenny Mollen) ~ Nina was attacked by a werewolf whilst out jogging, she managed to escape and flee but had already been bitten by the beast. On returning home Nina experienced the heightened senses and bloodlust of a werewolf and was luckily found by Angel before she attacked her niece in her crazed werewolf state. Nina was kept safe at W&H and Angel explained what had happened and how she would now have to adjust to living with the monster inside of her, something Angel has first hand knowledge about. After accepting her life changing situation Nina returned home to her family with the arrangement to return to W&H the following full moon. During her last three months Nina has been regularly occupying her cell at W&H to curb her Werewolf tendencies. Nina develops feelings for Angel who seems unaware of her feelings until she asks him to breakfast one day, after some deliberation by our brooding hero and advice from Wes, Angel agrees to take breakfast with Nina. Their relationship grows and Nina wants to be able to spend time with Angel away from the madness of W&H, after meeting her from work one night he produces plane tickets to her delight but they are not for her dream break away. Angel tells her to leave the country with her sister and niece to await him. Unhappy at the prospect of leaving Angel she agrees to go understanding that it is for the best.

Im more neh which is indifferent, she was okay for how long she was there for but I see no future for Angel and her. Plus she stole my name!

Nay,I don't like Nangel. I'm a Bangel too, can't stand seeing Angel with another...girl. The guys thing is another issue😛

I don't like Nina and Angel because it was never developed on the show. It was just poof, Angel has a new girl now. It made him seem even more callous and awful than usual with Cordy in a coma and he completely over her and wondering if werewolf chick thinks he's hot. I really didn't see any affection at all on Angel's part.

You are absolutely right! I hated the way Angel acted the entire time Cordy was in her coma-with Nina AND with Buffy!
Nope never liked her. She was good in the episode that was abotu her becoming a werwolf and stuff. But I didn't like Angel and her together. Its surposed to be Angel and Cordy! :bounce: Not Angel and Nina

I feel so sorry for Nina. Here she was head on heels for the guy and it just seemed like Angel was using her. It wasn't fair on Nina's part. Maybe if Angel seem to care more about her, I would have like it. Even if I am a bangel shipper at heart.

Exactly... why did they have to bring a new love interest in (right away even)? It didn't make since. It did seem out of character because in "the girl in question" when Angel said he moved on and had a girlfriend (Nina) he really didn't have her, they were casual. Even though he gets all mushy over Buffy (amongst other things) I think he loved Cordy more, he just hasn't realized it yet.

Seemed?...he was using her. Who can blame him anyway?,the girl he really really loves was whoring somewhere in Italy. He can't stay alone forever...well,guess he could have used Spike, that wouldn't have bothered me at all.

Sorry,but I disagree,Angel did love Cordy,but not as much as he loved Buffy(though she did't deserve it...Cordy deserved his love more.Buffy is a b*tch)

Angel had sex with Nina didn't he...I missed some of the Fifth Season so scuze my brain fart.

If that's the case he didn't love her and she was nothing more than a way to get his "rocks off".

I agree with you. Rember how he did that to Darla. He just needed a moment of Clarity.

I didnt mind Nina, I agree with the thing about with Cordy, but Buffy's the girl for Angel always will be. I didnt mind Nina on her own but not with Angel there just didnt seem to be a connection..

Just because the girl who love is a cross the world doesn't mind it is right for Angel to did Nina like it did. It was wrong of him and well... the writers. Since they write this stuff.

Exactly!!!
Im nay on Nina and the whole A/N relation ship, I found it stupid how the writers made Angel fall for her but then like 5 minutes later be all lovey dovey over Buffy. And then they had sex....and that IMO showed that they werent trully meant to be and it was pointless to have the couple have sex, and I never understood why they made the 2 have sex. There also wasnt that much charecter development around her.

It wouldve been intresting if she became the newest fang gang girl and deal with her wolf problem throughout the season, ya know wolfing all out and attacking the fang gang here and there.

I feel... so alone. Am I the only one who liked Nina and Angel's relationship? Although I suppose it makes sense that Angel was using her, I did not see it that way. I thought that this relationship was a healthy and necessary thing for Angel: getting over his past relationships and moving on. I suppose either scenario could have been what the writers had intended, but I think that despite his many flaws, Angel was an honorable person and would not have merely used Nina for sex. He clearly cared about her, or he would not have told her to leave town before he attacked Wolfram and Hart. I may have been missing something, but I enjoyed the relationship.

What do you think of Nina?

Do you like her, hate her, couldn't care less?
