Nina Ash? Yay or Nay?

Neh, I found her character fairly blah myself. I mean, she was alright and I didn't mind her (even liked her a small bit, or the story behind her)... but I was mostly indifferent to her character.

And as far as her relationships go, didn't like she and Angel myself. I mean as far as it goes I didn't HATE the couple and could watch it without going grr at the tv (lol), and it was very casual too which seemed new for Angel. But still, overall not a huge fan (bangel! Why oh why for did they not just do bangel! :tongue: )

[edit] Did Nina appear in any other episodes other than those in season 5? I saw a commercial this one time on tv with this kid that said "Aunt Nina?" and then something growled and then I swear it was her in the commercial! It was from when season 5 of ATS was airing, I can't remember what it was for, just figured it was from an Angel episode.... anyone have any light to shed on this? ???
 
I don't think that was an unreasonable visual, both blonde, both petite etc. I didn't say anything about their respective personalities.
 
Both being blonde is the first thing that comes to mind and petite - like AngelicSlayer00 said. Both have "supernatural" issues, as well as family issues.

why don't you think they're similar?

I don't remember Nina being blonde so I can not comment on that though I think being blonde isn't something which makes two people similar; example being Darla and Buffy. I don't think they are similar because Buffy has a mission and does take it very seriously, she has a responsibility such as saving world and stuff but Nina does not. Moreover, I think Buffy is not happy with her mission either, but Nina is happy about her natıre; of being a werewolf that is. She is similar to Faith in that department.
 
I don't like Nina..I disliked her more than Eve..and that is saying a lot..I just found her as an actress..to be boring..and bland..I don't necessarily think Angel should end up with Buffy..but he sure as hell shouldn't settle for less. He's just too good for her.
 
I don't know how you can compare her and buffy..she was bitten by a werewolf..buffy was a slayer..it's not like she has the ability to change at the drop of a hat..don't like her.
