Question No Connor, but still part-demon Cordy?

How do you think the show would have gone if Conner hadn't of existed, but the events of Birthday still happened?

I would be sad to have no baby Connor! lol I would rather have Baby Connor but not older Connor. Just keep him a baby and let Cangel raise him to be the best demon fighter ever!

I think it would be cool for Cordy to be part Demon but not the way they did it. Giving her powers and then becoming a ptb. No. I think they should have just let her continue having the visions and then when Angel shanshus she can pass them on to someone else and they can live happily ever after and have Cangel babies!!

I'm torn between Angel introducing Connor into the show. On one hand it definitely served for a compelling plot device in Season 3, but the end result left the character getting written into a corner and written off the show anyway.

As far as Cordelia I think the events of Birthday were kind of odd. It made for a good episode but something about the overall transition into a half demon just seemed off. Especially since Doyle was half demon & still felt pain with his visions. Not to mention they gave her these powers only to be sent on vacation & we didn't really see them grow into much so that also seemed a bit pointless.

In my opinion, it would have been a much better show if this had happened, like the end at the episode "Provider."
