No More Buffy Re-Runs in Canada?

Anyone else live in Canada here? Particularly Ontario? I heard that the channels that usually air the Buffy reruns (New VR and Space) stopped airing them COMPLETELY. Which means no more Buffy, including old episodes, ever.. and they might replace it with 7th Heaven on New VR 😡

Anyone else heard the same thing? Or knows which other channels air Buffy, or the times that they air BtVS other than 8 pm? 😕
 
When I first heard it I almost started crying too, I just hope they'll still play the reruns.. NO MATTER WHAT THEY HAVE TO.
 
Buffy's still on Space. She changed times is all. 7:00pm out here in the west. I imagine it will be 10:00pm ET.

And after that it's Angel reruns everyday, starting from Season 1. What, did you miss them?
 
::female:: For the record ... "BtVS" officially moved to its 10 pm e.s.t. slot on "Space" in Canada as of Wednesday September 10th.

The gimmick is "The Slayer and The Vampire: Together Again" ... so syndicated "Angel" runs after "BtVS" at 11 pm e.s.t.

I am thrilled to be able to tape the first two season of "Angel" ... particularly because I don't have a DVD player. 🙂

As for CKVR ... they own rights to syndicated "BtVS" ... last I heard they were still looking for an appropriate time slot for the show.

As to how I know this stuff ... I work in the media.

o really?? I'm mad cuz instead of airing Buffy at 8 on Space, they air Stargate! DAMN U STARGATE!!!! lol, sorry, got carried away... but Buffy still comes on Fox.

I also wish the show was on at 8 p.m. ... but some "BtVS" is better than no "BtvS." 😉

Also ... I got a press release from "CKVR" saying "BtVS" will air in syndication Friday nights at 9 p.m.

On the west coast we get Buffy every night at 7, then Angel every night at 8. I love it.

It's fair though, because you east coasters get Don Cherry on your hockey broadcasts.

Everything evens out on the Kharmic wheel.

But I guess everything does come full circle on the kharmic wheel ... 😉 ... that's an interesting point. 🙂
