No i don't agree, buffy and Spike do not belong together. I know I'm a self confessed Buffy/Angel fan but i don't necerssarily think that they should get back together although it would be nice. I just don't think that she belongs with spike. He loves her i know, and I can sympathise with that but NO. i want to see her with someone new, not an all american twit but still someone new, someone powerful cos she needs that ,Just not Spike
 
I like them together, I think they've got chemistry. But Seeing as how it's all been dragged out so long, I doubt it'll ever really happen, even though Buffy FINALLY realizes that she treated him like shite.
 
yeah i agree she treated him badly and he didn't deserve that but i don't see the chemistry, i was watching old eps of the show season 4 and i think Buffy and Riley had more chemistry.

I compare Buffy relationship with guys to "goldenlocks and the 3 bears:


Angel was to vampire "moody" ::fire::

Riley was to "humanly "nice" ::angel::

Spike is human/vamp just "Right"::noangel:::change::
 
but as was stated in the season finale of last year spike got his soul back to supposedly give buffy what she deserved (which i hope is love) but he hasnt done that yet. so i think there is more to come between them

They have chemistry indeed (SMG and JM). I like the couple, for Spike's sake. But Spike's Princess made a great point.

Angel was too wrong. Riley was too right. Spike has had some sort of power over the slayer, and they've had that over him!

And we all know. It's not about wrong, It's not about right, It's about Power!
 
see i dont think Angel was wrong, they matched in every way it was just that pesky curse that stopped them. They were opposites and therefore complimented each other perfectly. Spike is too...rough, i think she needs a more polished man
 
::thumb:: I never liked the Buffy/Spike couple. I really, really, really hope that they're never back together. I prefer evil Spike to good Spike anyway.
 
me too, yay for the evil. He was so good with dru, harmony annoyed me but Dru and him were so goo so dynamic.
 
I think the whole buffy/spike thing is too confusing...sometimes they wanna kill each other...sometimes they are all over each other:S I think buffy and angel BELONG 2gether😉

Not that I hate spike or n e thin I think hes hot and really cool but not right fer Buffy😛
 
James and Sarah have amazing chemistry as actors. I liked Buffy and Angel together but I've always believed they lacked some substance. Most people call me nuts and they say Buffy and Spike's relationship has been forced. I personally think Buffy and Angel were as forced as Buffy and Spike.

Buffy will always love Angel just like I will always love the first girl I fell in love with. But that doesn't mean I want to be with her now. I believe Buffy has moved on, and so has Angel.

Spike and Buffy? I believe their history is far to dramatic and twisted for it to ever work. Much less one of them being immortal and the other not.
 
yeah buffy and spike doesn't seem so right - i just don't see them together as much as i like spike i still can't see it but buffy and angel now thats another story they goes perfect together...
 
Yes, yes, yes!!!

Okay its twisted, but I looove Spike and Buffy together. I also agree with Stake'em that your first love is always special, but you need to move on. Plus, Angel has his own show on the WB that, currently, is not open to crossover episodes for on a competing network. So, I think Angel/Buffy are definately done.

What really worries me is Cordy and Angel--I mean especially after all that angst--Angel going psycho and killing Miss Calendar...Angel going psycho and trying to destroy the world. I mean, Cordy is still hot, but I still agree with Buffy/Angel...

But if they can't be together, then Buffy and Spike. No pesky little curse to get in the way.
 
Buffy Cares For Spike Doesnt Love HIM

Spike and Buffy are not a couple and they never were. Buffy was using Spike to fill a void in her life. Buffy felt lost and empty inside and Buffy felt Spike understood that. After, Buffy realized this isnt a healthy, she broke up with him. Spike later try to rape her. (Which I hate when soaps do this and then make them a couple after that or a hero.)

After Spike's speech last night, Buffy feels sorry for him. Wouldnt you feel sorry for a man who is doing all of this just because he loves you. However at the same time you like OH MY GOD he is obsessed with me, which is usually a BIG TURN OFF.

Buffy cares for Spike, but doesnt LOVE Him...As Buffy said earlier this season Angel is her only true love.
 
Well, sure she admitted to using him, and yes she doesn't know what she wants, but after what she said to him........there is more than just pity there. I think she actualy respects him for what trying to be a better man. She said she believes in him, and how can you believe in a person and pity them at the same time. Those emotions completely contradict each other. She's rooting for him, and it's about damn time!

I wonder if this is what she is supposed to tell spike. You know from "Help", what that chick told Spike at the end.


I hope they do get together. I just feel more for them then I ever did when she was with Angel. I loved her and Angel, but I get tired of the star-crossed lovers bit. I'm a hopeless romantic, and I want a happy ending!!!!!! 😛
 
i dont really like spike and buffy together,....if anything angel was her best fit, but we all know thats not gonna work, so i say buffy should get somebody new...
 
Actually there is something to get in the way of Buffy and Spike's relationship.

he's a vampire. That means he never ages. buffy does. If Spike became a human, not a vamp with a soul, I would think he and Buffy would be good together. i think Buffy needs someone stable and human, but with a bad streak. Maybe a rogue demon hunter or something 😀

but, who says Buffy has to be with anyone? I think she's fine single.
