So I just finished typing a nice long message about myself and why I'm a Buffy fan. When I hit "Preview Post," I got a message telling me that I can't post URLs in my messages until I've made fifteen posts. Well that's fine, but at least let me edit my post! I hit the back button and the whole thing was gone! : erm : That's not very fair.

To sum it up.... Huge Buffy fan, started watching after I saw a commercial for OMWF, have all the DVDs, named my first-born Xander (seriously), love the Buffy-Spike relationship, and just love Spike all-around. I had just started watching (and loving) Angel on TNT before we got rid of cable like 2 1/2 years ago, so I still have a lot of new eps of that I can catch up on some day.

So yeah, it's not nearly is eloquent as the original, but it'll do. I'm sure I'll have a lot more to say around here. Looks like there's a lot to peruse.

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah, I consider myself lucky that I still have some "new" Angel to watch. I wish I had more Buffy though. Can't wait to get my hands on season 8! :-D
 
I feel your "post-losing" pain, I've had it happen to me a zillion times, but do I learn my lesson? *cheeky smile*...not so much.

I just wanted to say that I'm already really enjoying these boards, even though I've only been here a couple of days. There's a lot here to make me think. It has given me a renewed interest in the show as well (not that it really needed to be renewed!), because there's a lot I want to go back and check out. It makes it a lot less depressing that the show is over! Now I have to get the Angel DVDs and catch up on that too.

Anyway, I really like this site. You guys are awesome and do a great job. I've actually been spending more time here than on Myspace, which is some sorta friggin' miracle. Thanks!
