Not watching BtVS on purpose, so it's more awesome later

Hi!

I was just feeling like watching the BtVS Season 6 finale, but I stopped myself from doing so.
Why? So it's even better when I watch it during my next BtVS 'run'.

Does anybody do the same sometimes? Do you sometimes wait with watching a certain episode, so it's better the next time?
I know that there are episodes that you don't get tired of (to me it's for example Grave or Doppelgangland), but still.
It's even better if you haven't watched it in a while.

I do that if I am planning on, or already in the middle of, a rewatch. I took a break from my rewatch for a few days, because I was being all avoid-y of the episode 'Wild At Heart,' and in that time had to resist the urge to watch several later season eps from both Buffy and Angel. 'Intervention,' 'Tabula Rasa,' 'Over The Rainbow,' and 'There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrb,' to name a few.

I do that with the whole series. I usually do a re-watch every 18 months to 2 years. I know I could watch and enjoy it if I watched it before that, but it's even better if I leave it a bit longer 🙂

I do that sometimes. I'll start watching an ep on "Chiller" or something and then go "No, wait... I'll wait and do a rewatch soon and it will be even better." 🙂
