Do you think that the Nuns at the start of Your Welcome, reminded Angel of his past and that he hadn't really changed as he was still responsible for the nuns deaths. Is that why is this episode Angel talked about quitting, because he couldn't see how W&H had helped him do any good, if the crimes that he commited in the past, before he got his soul, were still happening in the present.

I think that's a pretty good point, it seems so. Having that lingering over him while trying to run an evil law firm probably took its toll eventually. Poor chap. But being Angel, he's always a bit too hard on himself!
