Obscenity Charges Against Gordon Lee Dropped

I don't know how many of you have been following this case, but in 2004, Gordon Lee, comic book store owner, accidentally handed a copy of "Alternative Comics" #2 (which included a depiction of Pablo Picasso naked) to a minor. He was charged with obscenity. After four years of screw ups and harassment by the prosecution, the charges were finally dropped this past Friday (at Comic-Con, no less! 🙂).
