1. Did they just redesign Wolfram and Hart, recycle the materials or build on top of the old set cause it's eerily familiar.

2. The only complaint I have is that they are pushing the curve WAY too fast, most probably due to extreme fear of getting cancelled so that all the real story will have to become back story next season. FOX bites and this story could have been a lot better if it wasn't for the short life expectation.

I've been thinking that in the last few episodes the main lobby bit where they do yoga looks like the main lobby of the Wolfram & Hart layout. Then again it does fit quite nicely with the whole Dollhouse theme of being very modern and technical. I just hope Wolfram & Hart didn't have shared showers for their employees haha.

I think the show is moving at the right pace though, any slower and people would interest.

definitely the yoga lobby looks like W&H

1. yes, but who cares...it works.
2. I agree completely. It's like all of a sudden, whoa, here we go! Thought I was gonna have to keep guessing for at least a little longer! Now hhow will they keep the momentum going? They'll have to get real creative to keep it interesting!

Or maybe because there are enough of the Angel crew on the Dollhouse set, they just used the idea of the office that worked in Angel in Dollhouse and built them similar, if not the same?

Why is this a big deal?

Sorry, I actually worded this thread wrong. What I was trying to get at is that the whole thing feels a little forced. It's like they are killing themselves to get certain points covered within a very limited timeframe just in case they get cancelled.

Bottom line - I think the show could have been better on another network.

PS. The observation about the sets was just that, an observation. Not meant to be important. I mean not stellar important on par with say Buffy's hair or Spike's blue shirt.

I don't think it feels forced. I think it feels a lot more real this way because things were pretty slow paced and they had the worry and the waiting especially with the whole Alpha thing and then 'bam' stuff! here! now! I think it works.

^I would do anything to see that lol^

Just seeing Lindsey and Angel would make me happy lmao
I was watching I think it was like random behind the scenes things on the official dollhouse site, and Im pretty sure Joss says that it is the same set from Angel S.5. They liked it because its really roomy and easy to shoot in. Plus it seems so beautiful to just waste on one season!
