October 16th-22nd Episode Discussion Led by Willow My Love

And who knows what he could have done from inside prison walls.

He probably get beaten up by the tougher inmates on a regular basis, if anything. Yes, there is a slight chance he would have escaped but there is a slight chance that the coach from Nightmares would do the same. Or the frat guys from Reptile Boy. Or Ethan Rayne. Nobody in show argued they needed to be killed, though.

As for Anya, since there is no indication whatsoever that vengeance demons are anything other than humans with a handy set of superpowers (just like Slayers are), I feel fully justified in calling her a serial killer. Vengeance demons can feel remorse and have free will, she enjoyed the mayhem she caused => she is a sociopath.

Ethan knew he was doing wrong and reveled in it. Warren simply didn't care. And those other guys didn't kill anyone. Harvested dead people, yes. Tried to kill Cordy and failed, yes. But they didn't actually kill anyone. At least, that we saw.

So then vampires are nothing but humans with no soul and pointy teeth? They're not demons? A vengeance demon is a demon that can take human form. But it's still a DEMON. You even see her demon face. Slayers are not demons. They don't have amulets and don't die human deaths. They are demons. Not humans.

Look at Halfrek. She didn't have to care about hurting people. It was her job. She was doing what she was meant to do. The fact that she later felt guilt shows that she grew as a human, not that she was any less demonic as a vengeance demon.

Exactly. He did that, yet no one proposed they should kill him.

And those other guys didn't kill anyone. Harvested dead people, yes. Tried to kill Cordy and failed, yes.

Yes, they did kill. That fraternity sacrificed women every year. We didn't see it but this shouldn't be a consideration for Buffy. The point is jails can hold that type of criminal and nobody in show proposed they be killed instead.

So then vampires are nothing but humans with no soul and pointy teeth?

Apples are oranges. We see repeatedly that any human turns into a vicious killer when vamped. In the case with vengeance demons, their boss is specifically looking for angry people who hate the world, we see Anyanka 2.0 showing remorse (more than she ever showed as a human even), we see that she is still proud of her millennium of crimes when she is human, so if the writers wanted me to believe vengeance demons have no free will or souls they did an incredibly poor job.

I think that Willow was on a very critical level after her trip! And I also think that the wrong treatment to her could let her drop forever!(A little bit like faith)
I think that Giles was the right man to decide how to handle with Willow! He had some experiences which you can compare with the ones from Willow. And as you can see, he chose the right way
So I think( sorry for all those "Ithink") Willow was really sorry for what she had done and she really wants to stopp evil Willow! So punishment would maybe destroy her selfconvidence and her personality! Giles was right when he decided to don't punish her, becasue she punish herself enough!
