Official Discussion 4.10 'Awakening' (Sky One UK)

Unfortunatly I didn't see the vision thing comming... But I altho knew he didn't realy sleep with Cordy becus I knew he does with Buffy and turns into Angelous that was. Oh and when Angel was threatening the shamanm, I was like "Hurry b4 he kills himself...!" and sure enough lol.
The laugh at the end! I loved it! I now wish I had recorded it because that laugh was so cool and creapy at the same time.
Oh and the other thing with the shaman, wouldnt he wanted to escape knowing that writing was on him and they would find it after he was dead and ruin the beasts plan...
So overall I loved it because of the twist and the laugh at the end even tho it made me so angry. But also the bad part is now the beast is still out there ::eyes1::
 
Whatever DB's opinions on the matter, my initial reaction when Angel said "buffy" at the end, was because he was remebering the last time he had lost his soul. Buffy was his last reminder. Look at the scene closely- he climaxes (experiences his perfect moment of happiness with Cordelia) and then his face turns to agony, to which he then says "Buffy". What's all this crap about saying her name at the right moment- he said her name at the point at which he could feel his soul draining. To me, Buffy does not equate with happy times for Angel, if she was the last thing you think of before your anguish.

The writers apparently decided to throw in Buffy's name to jog memories, but DB decided to jump on the bandwagon and add his pro-B/A allegiance to the matter.

Also, can I remind the person who has "Buffy will always be Angel's one true love" as their signature, to reconsider after DB has now come out and said that the issue of who was Angel's true love (and I qoute) "has not been answered yet." The man is fickle- he changes his opinions, like the wind.
