THE SAME OLD TINGLE - Dawn falls under the spell (literally) of a boy at school. Problems ensue when Buffy becomes a victim of the same spell and the sisters begin competing for the boy toy. It's up to Xander and Spike, who've just become roommates, to solve the mystery and save the day. Michael Gershman directed the episode written by Drew Z. Greenberg.

I know what you mean now BuffyUKer, that was hilarious!

It was another terrific episode! It had me in stitches like all Season 7 has so far. It has been such a good Season so far and we are only on the 6th episode!

It was another funny episode!

The whole bit with Buffy, Willow, Dawn and Anya was very neat!
I liked the whole Willow business, her wanting RJ was so funny sayin she would make him female.

I really enjoyed this episode, I will be watching it again tomorrow!!!

I am glad Anya is bak in with The Scoobys!
When is Giles comin back?
 
Why the heavy edit by skyone? Just after Buffy recues Dawn and Dawn goes into the big speach about why she did it there is a huge chunk cut out , What Dawn originally said was" How can I compete with you , Your older, Hotter , have sex thats rough and kill people ,I dont have any of that stuff, but if I did this "...... But on skyone all we got was "How can I compete with you , but If I did this ...."


Not impressed ! It was shown way after the watershed and I really cant see what was wrong with the original dialouge

Personally, I thought that Him was the best episode of Season 7 so far. I loved how it got back to it's 'Season1-4' comedy roots, even though the storyline was a bit of a rehash of Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered. My favourite scene was when Buffy was outside Woods office with the rocket launcher too, it was so funny!

This episode gets ***** five stars!
 
I love 'him' it was soooo funny. i lovd the part when Buffy was coming on to RJ in her office and when Willlow and Anya were arguing over him. i dunno if i liked it more than 'Selfless' yet but it may grow on me. Ok, it has grew on me i'll give it 5 out of 5!
 
I enjoyed this ep but, like this week's Angel ep,I thought the bad guy (or jacket in this case🙂) seemed to be a bit contrived...anyone else get that feeling?

BTW - rocket launcher/oblivious Principal slapstick is my fave moment of the season so far 😀
 
😉 Are you insane!Good episode,lol!::thumb:: ,I wasn't laughing with the show,I was laughing at the show,interesting ideas but........left me feeling hollow,too many mood changes,and maybe I'd drunk too much,but after stealing the jacket didn't Spike and Xander run straight towards a wall?!?If I'm athletic jock-type boy I'm running after them.......

RJ:Give me back my jacket you ruffians!
X&S:No!

And so on and so forth.....Hours of fun!Great scene with the Bazooka,though!Is Anya now a master crim,or is it Mr .Zenberg writing crap as usual!

P.S:Great to see the Breeders performing!
 
Brillant ep i loved it the end it was so funny i taped and i can't stop waching the rocket laucher bit in the background with buffy and spike going back and forth so good!!!
 
OMG! This episode had me in stitches. It was hillarious. Honestly, I ain't seen a Buffy ep. that good for ages. The whole part where it shows Anya, Buffy, Willow and Dawn going to show RJ how much they love him is so funny.😀 Oh yeah, and Willow after a guy and then she said that she was gonna change him into a she, hillarious. I will watch this ep. over and over agin until my sides spplit open - not literally though!


Screw Sky One for cutting it. I am gonna be getting a petition ready to send to them. Just cause it's before the 9pm watershed don't mean they have to cut the episodes all the time. At least you know with BBC 2, Friday night repeats are always uncut although I don't like staying up 'til dead late to record them. God, ignore me, i'm ranting on. Great episode, one of the best on Buffy since Season 5.

Me too. It was an average episode at best and there were some bits where I just couldn't watch (Dawn cheerleading...)

There were quite a few inconsistencies too. The school is full of girls and yet somehow none of them are badly affected by this guy until Buffy and co. get involved. Why was Anya robbing a bank again? Buffy and Anya seem to have forgiven and forgotten pretty quickly too...

And let's face it although the jacket idea was quite good the whole episode was far too familiar (BB&B)

I loved the episode, best one so far in my opinion, along with Beneath You. I laughed nearly all the way through it!
 
Hello, I'm new 🙂

I didn't think it was a great episode but it had some very entertaining and funny moments, including of course the rocket launcher scene outside the principals office, it was played out perfectly. It's been a long time since I laughed out loud so much at Buffy.
Bring on the next episode 😀
 
so good 😀 willow was hilarious and the buffy/spike/principal scene made me laugh so much 😀
 
I thought that the episode was hillarious yeah not one of the best episodes but it was a light hearted change form the seaon 6 episodes that we had just seen. i thought that Buffy trying to kill principal Wood with a rocket launcher was just hillarious and when Willow tried to turn him into a woman that was so funny. but i do think that they could have done something with the episode like i dunno turn it into part of the story for sean 7 cos it didnt really do anything for it.
 
I loved that episode, It was soo funny I was cackling for ages 😀

I remember my mom walked in when buffy had the rocket launcher and gave me the weirdest look and was like "Dosent she use stakes?"

And I loved what everyone did to make him fall for them, and when theyv were all fighting over him, so that left Xander and Spike to solve the problemos on there own 🙂
