Official Discussion of 7.18 "Dirty Girls" (SkyOne-UK)

Oohh I've been waiting for this episode for some time now. I really can't wait to see her back in Sunnydale! From the spoilers I've read it sounds really good!
 
Ive already seen it, one of my favourite episodes by far! Caleb is very annoying though!
 
I have read sumwhere awhile back now the opening of this episode, is it any good???
 
I can't wait to see this episode. My friend (buffyhelp) has been raving about it. Plus, Faith is proberbly gonna make this episode a surefire hit with me anyway 😀
 
Calab used to be Sharon's husband in Two guys and a girl didn't he. It took me the entire episode to work out where I knew him from. I thought the episode was good. Glad the english potential is gone. Sooooooo annoying!
 
I am not happy over Molly's death!::crying2:

I think Caleb is one of the evilest bads around, I hate him already, he killed Molly, broke Rhonda's arm and poked Xander's eye out! And killed another potential!

I liked seeing Faith and Buffy bonding again and Spike and Faith hitting it off!

Dawn sure didnt like Faith, Dawn was lookin fine like usually!
I now think Wood is a fall after firing Buffy, I understand where he was coming from but he is now a fall!

Loved Willow scenes, she looked nice again, oh and Kennedy scenes! Seens ages since we saw Kennedy in action! Where is Vi???
 
I enjoyed this episode but the end part was way too much. Poor Xander - that was gross!! I literally whacked my hand to my mouth - talk about goobsmacked!!!

Glad the english potential is gone. Sooooooo annoying!

I loved Molly, she was my fave SiT, so I'm really not happy with Caleb right now. Talking of Caleb - wow, powerful. When he first hit Buffy it reminded me of when Buffy first fought Glory. How is he so powerful and why does he talk like that?!

Was the girl who was killed before Molly one of the nameless ones?

I'm so glad Rona and Amanda survived although I cringed when Caleb had Rona. God bless Xander for saving her from the Bringer.

I loved Xander's speech about Buffy, (his speeches are so much better than Buffy's this year!!). Wonder after the eye incident he still feels the same.

Where was Anya? I saw Darkness Falls on Tuesday and was looking forward to more Emma. I missed her!

Faith once again rocked. How cool it is to have her back in Sunnydale. I loved her friendly(ish) rivalries with Buffy and her interactions with Spike were brilliant.

Im really looking forward to next weeks episode.
 
Xanders speeches this season have been quality, his one in 'Dirty Girls' was nice and sweet! Go Xander! I couldnt agree more about his speeches AmberHannigan being grand, but Buffy's are as good!!!
 
OMG Xanders eye, i'm still in shock, i was like 'oh no, not Xander!'

I thought this eppy was great, i was sitting there the whole time going OMG OMG OMG!

Glad Faith's back, Yay Faith!
 
Yep,I enjoyed it a lot especiallly the scene between Spike & Faith,I couldn't understand much of what Caleb was saying in the first scene!Eventually it started to percolate through,LOL,Buffy's jacket was nice as well I thought,the beige one......
 
I only caught some of this as i missed it. Loved the spike/faith scenes, i'm actually starting to like spike again (unlike last season)

As for Caleb, great actor, i remember him as Johnny in Two Guys and A Girl.

Such a moving speech from Xander that like Andrew I was in tears. A good episode in the build up to the finale....and Xander...poor Xand hope he's ok.
 
That was a great episode.
Loved the speech - im a sucker for that kinda thing. I think theyve gotta be careful not to overdo it though - theres an inspirational speech in every eppy at the moment and theyve gotta be careful coz if they overdo, then they wont have the same effect.
LOVED the Buffy/Faith interaction - "you always were kinda slow" lol.
And spike/faith talks - very funny.
All these unaswered questions about caleb...!
Cant wait for these eppys to come (the last ones ::crying:🙂!

The guy that played Caleb was just most recently on Firefly, Joss Whedon's failed western, sci-fi. Guess it pays to stay friends with Joss.

The Caleb addition was interesting...but where is he getting his superpowers? Is he the First when he's at super-strength? The reason I ask is because I am trying to figure out how Buffy plans to kill a thing that is not in corporeal form (ie a physical body).

And am I the only one who think the SITs are even more annoying than Dawn with their whining and doubting?? Once again Zander to sweet rescue...too bad about the eye, ouch!!!

Spike and Faith...jealous much Buffy??

Good episode overall....
 
I loved this episode. Although, I was really unhappy with Molly dying, she was my favourite Slayer-in-Training.

I give this episode four stars ****
 
This was my favourite episode so far.

And as you may guess by the name, I though Caleb to be the best new character ever.

He is the complete anti-Buffy.
