Angel (David Boreanaz) is a man out for revenge to get back at Wesley (Alexis Denisof) for kidnapping Connor and turning him over to their enemies. While Fred (Amy Acker) and Gunn (J. August Richards) try to reason with him, Angel conjures dark magic and risks ripping right through the fabric of reality to find his lost son. Turi Meyer directed the episode written by Jeffrey Bell.

Last night's ep was great!!! I can't wait until Cordy gets back though. I thought that Angel was going to kill Wesley. I've never seen him that angry before. So, Saja wanted to get rid of Angel's son because he was supposed to kill him?? That was interesting. The prophecies made it seem that Connor would bring about the end of the world or something. Well, the future eps are going to prove well worth watching!!!!

I really liked the episode. I thought it was great. I can't imagine what Cordelia will say when she gets back. The ending was awesome. I wasn't expecting it at all.

It was definitely a great episode after waiting so long for it. I was yelling at them when they idnd't look in the park for Wes... even though I guess it didn't seem like he would be there.

It was really interesting about the porphecies and how he re wrote them. I really liked it.

I hate Angel for what he did to Wesley!!! This was a very good episode with a cruel ending. But i miss Cordy 🙁 ps:
DiD Charisma took a break so she could work on other projects? ???

I really liked this episode. A very nice episode to bring "Angel" back with. Although I haven't really been liking Cordy this much lately, I'm wondering when she'll be coming back. Next week? And, I see they showed a few little clips of other (new) episodes in the promos. Pardon me if I'm wrong, but I think I saw Groo again.

Anyways, like I said before, it was a very good episode. I did think it dragged on a bit too much. You can only search for Wesley, Connor, Holtz and/or Sarjhan for so long. The Sarjhan prophecy thing seemed sort of stupid really, and way too played out. I thought when we'd find out who he was it'd be this whole big deal, but he was just measly put away into the urn, even though that little girl said that Angel probably didn't want him there (so he can take his revenge). I gotta say, the big white room and the little girl were amazing. I'm still trying to figure out why everything was like that, and what the girl represented.

How exactly did Wesley get to the hospital? The homeless guy obviously stole his wallet/ID and dragged him by a bush. Either he was nice enough to call someone, or someone else mysteriously saw him, I highly doubt he crawled to the hospital by himself. And, if Wes was by the park by his apartment, wouldn't you think Fred and Gunn would look there?!

o/` Justine and Holtz sitting in a tree... o/`Nah, I'll shut up, but there's definitely something you don't hear everyday. Weird, but interesting. If they are to do anything with them or atleast Holtz, get to it now! He's interesting, and Keith is amazing, but they better not be dragging him out to have him end like Sarjhan!

Kudos to David. I haven't seen him play dark in a while, and this was an excellent treat. :: shudders :: Ooo, I just love when he's all dramatic and dark. 🙂 Especially the end! You should have seen my face the whole time-- I was wide-eyed! I really thought Angel was going to go in, and forgive Wesley and so on and then he goes and starts smothering him with the pillow, screaming and spitting while screaming (!) and it was just so intense.. and the episode ending with Wesley just trying to breathe and looking so dishelved.. woah...

I MISS WESLEY'S VOICE!!!!🙁

I love Gunn and Fred again for finding him. I thought that when Justine told them what she did Gunn was gonna go off. But i guess fred got to her first. While yelling, "GO FRED!!!!!!" I was thinking that she was a bit more worried than Gunn..... I hope it turns into something (I'm a major Wes/Fred shipper)!!!

Anyway, I was SO pissed at Angel for what he did. I mean, I understand why he's angry, but POOR WES!!!!!! I cant wait till next week.

(and by the way, I hate Justine AND that homeless bum!!!)

::heart:: Katie

I forgot to say that I give Justine props for stepping up in the end and helping out. Also to Fred for smacking the mess out of Justine!! Go Fred!!!😀 :: tu ::

1. Anyone notice how Fred looked a lot like Dawn? her look is changed... and her character a bit too. But kudos to her for standing up for westley.

2. Justine is just annoying as hell.

3. The little girl in the white room is freaky.

4. The end was SO WRONG! Westley did it for a reason. He was duped. they ALL were, and Angel goes all screwy saying "This is Angel... NOT Angelus... I'm me right now. perfectly normal" Just so westley will know that he's not "evil" as he does this. I wanted to kill Angel for trying to kill Westley. I mean, HOW MUCH DOES WESTLEY HAEV TO GO THROUGH? the guy's been shot, tortured, got the unrequited love... throat slit, smothered... enough's enough already! That was just WRONG.

Hey, Angel lost his only son who he loved more than anything, thanks to Wesley. I don't blame him one bit for what he did. The guy snapped which I believe was a normal reaction.

But there are limits! He would have kill him if they wouldn't have stop him! I mean, he knows that it wasn't Wesley fault and he knew all the facts but he was so insane acting like he did. He could have just punch him or something like that. Killing him is too aggresive. I just hope that he(angel) will suffer for what he did. This guy deserve what is happening to him!

and that he would make sure that westley KNEW that he did it being "sane" and "good" i.e. NOT Angelus... that makes it even more wrong.

Can you blame westley? his only mistake was not TELLING them... but to tell Angel might further the prophesy...

I can't blame Wesley and I really, really love the character and was like "NOOO" when Angel started with the insane pillow smothering act but I have to agree with JFGAhBro....I mean Wesley might have been one of the major reasons that Connor was sucked into a hell dimesion I doubt that Angel would be able to forgive him just like that. So I think Angel just *snapped* which is understandable under the circumstances....but I really, really wanted to give Wesley a huge at the end of the eppy. The poor guy has the worst luck. ^_^

tehehe I think my new role model is Fred though, she was just so awesome in this episode, not jumping to conclusions about Wesley like everyone else and being about the only sane one in the bunch. Espically loved when she hit Justine ^_^ I was going "Goooo Fred" ^_^ noticed that Fred did seem really, really concerned about Wesley which is normal I guess but tehehe I can dream it means more ^_~ Overall good eppy and I can't wait until the new ep comes on tonight

I totally agree with what you said about the end of the ep being so wrong. It was because Angel shouldn't have tried to kill Wesley. Wesley went through so much.🙁 How could Wes have told Angel about the prophecy. I bet you Angel still wouldn't have believed it even if Wes did tell him. I think that Wes did the right thing. All he was doing was saving Connor from Angel. Remember in an ep where Angel was looking at Connor like he was food? That totally freaked Wesley out! I admit that he could've at least told Fred or Gunn about it. That was prpbably the only mistake he made. I'm so mad at Angel for trying to kill Wes in the hospital. That wasn't right at all. That was the only time I ever hated Angel. It was that moment. Thank goodness the hospital ppl and Gunn stopped Angel when he did. If they didn't hear him, Angel probably would've killed Wesley. ::grrr:: I really hope that Angel will find it in his ::heart:: to forgive him. He can't be mad at Wesley forever!
