Doyle says that in I fall to pieces, after describing Angel, do you think it had meant something or was just a comment?

I don't remember this line lol It might have or might not have meant anything really, he wasn't on the show long enough for us to really know if it would have. But because of his feelings for Cordelia, I'm just going to assume that he was saying it jokingly. Again I don't remember it so I'm missing a lot of info here 😛 Like expression and tone of voice etc.

I think it was just a joking comment. If anything, I don't think Doyle was attracted to Angel, but that he wished sometimes he could be more like him.

I don't really recall this (time for a re-watch?), but it doesn't surprise me. We know how Whedon and the writers love sexual subtext! Especially when it comes to vampires (think if all if the characters who have attraction to Angel & Spike).

No I'm just joking. Really I think it's what HisMrs said above- If anything Doyle was attracted to the idea of Angel and wanting to emulate it more himself. I don't think it was a reference to a sexual attraction but just a comment 🙂
