surprised that he wasn't even mentioned during this episode.

It being Buffy's b-day and all.

However it's one of the better ones of the season, FREE of those three IDIOT Nerds. Plus Dawn's kleptomania was finally addressed.

Also liked the minor chracters, Richard, Sophia and Clem.
 
Totally one of my favorite of season 6. I guess Giles called her behind the scene for sure. 😛

And I agree that minor characters are great. And also, this episode is similar to Where The Wild Things Are with the trapping thingy. I like how everyone is warmy in the house. I kind of understand Dawn. 🙂

My fav scene would be Willow and Tara scene. >_<

Did anyone ever notice that during the gift-giving scene there's a song (by Rilo Kiley, "Pictures of Success") playing in the background. That's all. Just mentioning the song.


No but really, the song has the big old F word in it, a couple times I think. It's not edited out in this episode though which was a little strange--at least it's there in the DVD version. I wonder if the network editing people caught it when it was broadcast on UPN.
