Also in Crush :

Spike changes his story about the girl in the coalbin, and Dawn just pouts at it and exclaims dissapointed: "WHAT? That's so lame"

I love that.

Also when Dawn is telling Buffy that Spike is crushing on her.. Buffy's facial expression "Huh?"

Xander: “So, Buffy, how’d the slaying go last night?” They look at him because he was talking too loud so he says: “I mean, how’d the laying go?” ... “No, I don’t mean that either.”

All those hilariously-placed cut scenes...like in Dead Man's Party when Xander shouts, "You can't just bury stuff, Buffy. It'll come right back up to get you." And then it cuts to a zombie rising from the ground. Or in School Hard when Spike says, "So, this Slayer. Is she tough?" and it cuts to Buffy combing her hair saying "Ow." Those are always funny.

Oh, and in Dead Man's Party when Willow says, "Why not? Talking isn't doing anything, we might as well try some violence." Then the zombies burst into the house and break that random guy's neck, and Willow yells, "I was joking!"

Harmony's gang always cracks me up..

Andrew zooming in on Xander's woodwork instead of Willow and Kennedy kissing on the couch.

Giles: "It's the end of the world."
Everybody: "AGAIN?"

When Anya comforts Giles in OMWF by robotically patting his shoulder. Or when she pats Willow's shoulder before Willow goes to delve into Buffy's mind and says, "Good luck!" mechanically. Anya just cracks me up.

The Buffybot. She's hysterical, SMG acts splendidly with her.

Giles: "See if you can wrest information from that blast machine. *pause* That was very British, wasn't it?"

(Can't remember exact quote)
Giles: "Oh, dear."
(Everyone goes on talking, ignoring him.)
Giles: "I said oh dear!"
Buffy: "You always say that."
Giles: "It's always important!"

I could keep going and going...BtVS always has me laughing, I find it so funny.
 
Certainly the whole scene where they're playing Dungeons and Dragons in "Chosen" is friggin hilarious.

Also, in "Chosen", when Spike calls Angel, "Tall, dark, and forehead", I pretty much always rofl.

And when Spike wakes up from his nightmare in "Chosen" and yells, "I'm drowning in footwear!" Always makes me crack up.

Just a couple of reasons why that is my favorite episode...

umm in Doppelgangland when Will walks into the library and the gang all wig out and she's like "say, y'all didn't happen to do a bunch of drugs did ya?"
cracks me up EVERY time, her delivery is perfect 😀

one of my favorites!
Hehehe, in Chosen, when Spike's beating up the punching bag and in another shot you see a drawn picture of Angel there..I love Angel but that makes me laugh so hard..

Towards the end of S5 (can't remember which episode specifically..Spiral maybe?) when nobody but Spike remembers Ben turning into Glory, and Spike finally says, "Is everyone here very stoned?" 😀

I am totally in on the "very stoned" line. 😀 I love that.

Pretty much everything Spike says turns into great lines.

"We killed a homeless guy on this bench...me and Dru....Good times" :rofl: I just can't help it. I love that line. He makes it sound like it was the best thing ever!

And as TaintedBlu has in her sig, as well as I have in mine (can't see it though) : "I'm drowning in footwear" has to be THE best line in the world. I can't explain why.. Maybe I can. 😛 It's beacuase you never in a million years would imagine Spike says those words together.

Glory also just makes me giggle!

"What is that, and WHY is it's hair that colour??"
And the whole Bob Barker thing, just cracks me up

I think it was only have eyes for you.. Alex gets beat up by something in his locker.. strolls in the library as Giles is studying.. he says, "I just got accosted by a locker monster" and a dazed Giles eagerly looks up asking "Loch Ness Monster?" it is maybe more of a visual treat .. go! watch it again.

Like the one in School Hard which I think has been mention already

Another one is in The Zeppo when Xander saying that he will go to Buffy cause she will know what to do.
Then they cut to Buffy saying "I don't know what to do" to Angel.

In Pangs, Spike: A bear? You made a Bear! Buffy: I didn't mean to... Spike: Undo it, Undo it!

From Intervention the Buffybot takes all the glory rightfully so cause everything she says is gold but theres a part with Buffy and Giles out in the woods that cracks me up everytime, seriously just picturing it in my head has me laughing... k:

BUFFY: So, how's it start?
GILES: I, uh, jump out of the circle and then jump back in it, and then, um ... (embarrassed) I shake my gourd.
BUFFY: I know this ritual! The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the hokey-pokey and turn themselves around. GILES: (straightens up, gives her a sour look) Go quest.
Buffy makes an amused face. Giles looks embarrassed. He sighs, rolls his eyes, jumps into the circle of twigs, jumps out, and shakes the gourd. Nothing seems to happen. He and Buffy look at each other.
BUFFY: And that's what it's all about.

...yeah that might just be my all time favorite.

Also this exchange between Dawn and Buffy always, always trips me out:

(Buffy walks to her room, sits on her bed and starts flipping through a magazine. Dawn follows, stopping at the doorway)
DAWN: Whatcha doin'?
BUFFY: (deadpan) Playing soccer.

ok, i'm watching Bewitched, Bothered and bewildered and i thought this part was really funny:

xander's in a room with willow (remember that every women were in love with him in this episode because Amy's love spell went wrong) and she's kissing him and then xander pushes Willow away and says: “That’s it! This has got to stop. It’s time for me to act like a man.” He opens his door. “And hide.” Xander runs away LOL
 
Definitely in Triangle when Anya and Willow are chasing after the troll demon in the car. Anya says something along the lines of, "I'm going to apply pressure to the right pedal. I expect us to accelerate!" And Willow goes: "You don't know how to drive?!" And then Anya says, "Well, how was I supposed to know before I tried?"

I LOLed for like five minutes.

I'm watching Bad Girls right now and the part where Giles and Wes are talking to Balthazar and Balthazar says, "You know what I want." And Giles responds, "If its for me to scrub those hard to reach areas I suggest you kill me now." LOL, it had me laughing.

And I also wanted to add this exchange in Him:

Buffy: Willow, you're a gay woman! And he... isn't.
