Omg! I was in (Walmart) not too long ago & I almost died , they had every season of (Angel) & (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) sitting right in front of me , I couldn`t belive my eye`s , anyway`s it`s on my (Christmas List) ...
 
if you are going to buy all the seasons, you should seriously think about getting the box sets. "the chosen collection" is the buffy box set and comes with some cool special features. i love it.

the angel box set just came out a week ago. i am going to order that shortly.

This thread should prolly be in inside out.. but anyway. You'll love them, hope you get it. The special features are great. :cheering: I miss getting the new boxsets when they came out ... I also have the giant Angel and Buffy boxes now.
 
I would definitely go for the Chosen Collection. I could never live without it. I already have all the seasons of Angel so I wont be getting the box set...shame really. But that is so freakin awesome that wal-mart has them in. My bff told me the same thing not too long ago in Canada. Must mean something when they bring those back to stores. Ya know, besides the fact that the two shows are kick a*s.
 
I went with the slim sets over the Chosen collection. Am I the only one who thinks it's fugly? I mean I personally prefer the slim sets on my shelf but I guess I can see the appeal of having the complete series in one box.

And the only way I'd buy more copies is if they released the seasons in widescreen. (Full screen sucks ass.)
 
Yeah, but that's because you have practically every TV show ever released on DVD....you need the space-spaving slim sets, LOL!

I love the look of the Chosen Collection, but since I already had all the seasons before it was released, I didn't buy it. Wish I hadn't already collected the seasons, tho, because I definitely would have. Iirc, I bought one of my Buffy seasons at Wal-mart, the rest I got from Amazon, eBay and overstock.com.
 
I agree with everyone 🙂 Go with the Chosen Collection for all of the reasons they listed. And let's no forget it's cheaper than buying them separately!
 
Would have got the collection....had I not just finished buying all my seasons a couple of months before it came out. ::huh1::

Since I already have all seasons of Angel I don't think I'll be picking up that one either....
 
I already had all of buffy on tape but I still bought the chosen collection and the angel collection on dvd...the things we do for Buffy!
 
I already have it and normally my friends and I get together to watch it Thursday nights but instead we are watching the story of the American Idol winner Fantasia Barrion....It's on (LMN) at 8. My friend has already seen it and told me it's a must soo I'm gonna watch it with her tonight.
