Dude. The most amazing experience is being on live radio. (Well, second most. The most amazing experience is being on stage in front of a live audience). Not just simply calling in, but being in the studio, talking in a microphone, with headphones on. I SO want to be a radio show host, now. haha.

See, I went into our local country station (don't you DARE say anthing! I don't even like country that much! haha.) this morning around 6:15-ish to promote my school's charity drive. And me and my friend got to be on air TWICE (6:45am and 7:45am). And, okay, so she was a radio-hog.

But it was great.

I'll have the soundbite up when i get it (Tyler's the man!).

Also, anyone else have a similar experience?

no dissing the country music from me, im angry the only digital country station here got taken off
I do agree that being on Live Radio is cool.
I remember being on BBC Radio One in the morning.

It does pale in comparison to being live on TV when you know 4million people are watching you!

That virgin comment...woosh
Trust Al to take this thread in that direction.

I remember being on BBC local news as a kid, I was interviewed on a school trip to some random old-time railway. I talked for a couple mins only to find I was in the show for like 10 seconds lol.

Oh, no. I got my air-time. And i think I'm gonna make it a regular thing.. maybe. At least, next week I'll be on again, updating on the charity drive and what-not. But Tyler said we sounded good, and we could drop in at anytime. An offer that he should have thought over before making.. *evil laugh*

Also, I do indeed float the beautiful women boat. And yes, I will probably change my mind after sex. But since I have yet to experience that experience (not that I haven't wanted to.. believe me.. here's to Prom Night! haha)..

radio and on-stage - coolest thing ever.

And.. thank you al for getting me sidetracked, but have I yet posted a picture of my prom-date on here? Cause she's freaking with a side of beautiful.

I'd love a go on the radio, I've got a face for the radio, some say (most).

I used to call a local television show hosted by an idiot who fancied himself the next Conan O'Brien (except without the humor) to do bits to try and liven his show up. There wasn't much of a rush involved, but it was kind of fun making his audience laugh harder than he did.

Sex aside, good work on all the stuff Sparky. I am pleased for you!

Sex as topic - your date MAY be 'freaking with a side of beautiful' (I assume you just mean freaking beautiful, unless you mean she looks like a Fyarl Demon but with nice boobs and a 'great personality') but let me give you some advice.
If you haven't popped your cherry yet, save it until that special someone not just because you feel you have to on 'Prom Night'.

I can guarantee you 90% of people (in fact I would say higher) will say they wished they waited for that special someone at a time that was special, not a time when pressure made them do it.

Sorry - way off topic.
This shouldn't be about JC's cherry!

OK, a little off topic.
But we had this DJ in Leeds who worked the graveyard shift but was also a closet gay.

One night he was doing his texting thing where he asked us to text in our song choices for the night, so I text in something silly like 'Heaven is a Place on Earth' by Belinda Carlisle and wrote 'because it reminds me of Pink Pound night at QC' (a leading HomoBar in the area).
Next song was 'Heaven' for Alister in Leeds and ten minutes later I get this text message saying 'So, you go to QC do you'.

Haha, it was SO rudely funny.

FYI - I didn't meet him for anything!

Which is why I said "not just calling in", but actually being in the studio. It's WAY different in the studio.
