Once More With Feeling

In OMWF, they all sing about what they feel in there hearts and when they are with some one else that other person discovers what it is they feel. Shouldn't have Buffy also remembered what Giles sang in Standing, or was she just kinda blowing it of? What do you guys think?

I think that was meant to represent the fact that Buffy is in her own world and wasn't listening to a word Giles was saying (or to be more accurate, singing). To emphasise this fact further Buffy is even moving at a different speed than Giles is.

That's what I gathered from that scene anyway. =/

That's what I gathered also. Buffy is in her own world alright. She is gapping everyone one out. The whole.."did you just say something?"..line was enough to prove she wasn't listening.

Also, Buffy was in slow motion during that entire song, so to her the words must've been flying by too fast to catch. 😉
