He sounds like it. Well, tell him everything that KD said, don't get violent. It's easier said than done, I know. Especially when you're feeling the way you are. If he threatens you again... get a restraining order put on him. Tell the police that he has a gun and that he's threatened you with it.

Oh my gosh sweetie I don't even know what to say. I'm seriously disturbed by the actions of people who are supposed to be your 'family' - the people who are supposed to love you and keep you safe, no matter what!! *hugs*
Ok about your mom...I'm just shocked. Have you confronted her about this? I mean really confronted her..about how it made you feel, about how cruel a thing it was for her to do? Messing with your daughters emotions like that...well it just seems so sadistic to me.
The rape - I would still insist on filing a report. Were you a minor when this happened? I'd slam him with a statutory rape suit if for some reason you can't charge him with rape. I agree though...just keep talking to authorities until you find someone who will listen to you.
As for your ex-boyfriend...I'd just stay as far away from him as you can. Detach him from your life. Give him NO personal information at all..not about how you're feeling, who you're hanging out with - nothing. Cut him right out of your life. I think a restraining order is ALSO very good advice. Stop that behaviour before it gets any worse.
