One of the best lines ever!

So I am rewatching S7 and literally laughed so hard I cried over this line... I know I've heard it before, but I really love it and LOVE the way ASH delivers it:
"Now wait a minute"”you think I'm evil... if I bring a group of girls on a camping trip and don't touch them?"

LOVE it! It's one of the best lines in the series and definitely in the top 5 for Giles quotes!

It is a funny line but I can't help but think that this line was the entire reason for the "is Giles the First?" sub-plot. It's like when they insist on calling Buffy's slayer axe a 'scythe' just so Willow can make the "scythe matters" joke. Their quite good lines but a little forced.

It's actually a voulge, or a lochaber axe. But "Slayer Voulge" or "Slayer Lochaber Axe" don't trip off the tongue at all.

I think Giles in one of the most under-rated characters on the show! I have 2 favourite quotes

Giles is a comedy genius. Most of his stuff is subtle and I appreciate subtle humor.

However, I think the whole joke in season 7 didn't quite give the pay off considering it took half a season to tell it. Too forced. However, still gave me a chuckle.
