I really like OTH, although to be honest I still haven't watched all of season 9 (it's on my to-do list!).
My favorite characters are Nathan, Brooke and Mouth. I know a lot of people aren't crazy about the later seasons with Lucas and Peyton left, but I thought they did a really good job of continuing the show without their presence.

I caught a couple of episodes a couple of years back and thought it looked worth a watch, but have never got around to buying them. The cast is probably the most ridiculously attractive group of people ever assembled in one place, are they actually talented as well as pretty?

I'm a fan of the show. I love Season 1-6 more than I loved the last couple of seasons.
Mainly because Hilarie Burton (Peyton) and Chad Michael Murray (Lucas) left the show at the end of season 6.

I have seen a few episodes years ago. I thought it was pretty cool. I'm not really a fan though. And the last episode I've watched was the one with Alyson Hannigan 😛
Hi Brinkster130, my favourite characters are Brooke, Haley and Mouth. Although I liked most of the characters to be honest 😀 Make sure you watch the rest of season 9 soon because they end it really fantastically in my opinion. The episode "Danny Boy" is just tremendous. My favourite seasons are 3 and 4 with my favourite episode being the state championship final where Haley finds out she is having a boy and Lucas realises his feelings for Peyton. I agree the later seasons were still pretty good. People expected it to be the same show when Lucas and Peyton left, but that was pretty impossible. I think Mark Schwan did a great job. The reason I like One Tree Hill so much is the heart behind the show, I think it is easily the most quotable show I have ever seen! What are your favourite seasons and storylines?

Hi Jod! Love talking to other One Tree Hill fans. Mouth is a great guy, the type of friend everyone would love. And Brooke Davis/Sophia Bush are both amazing. Well done for waiting this long for season 9, you will really enjoy it I'm sure! What is your favourite Brooke storyline? Did you like her with Lucas/Julian/both?

Sooo... I just finished season 6 of One Tree Hill and started season 7 to find out Peyton and Lucas are gone forever. Is it even worth watching any more of the show? I mean they were the Buffy and Angel of the show but Lucas and Peyton actually get married and have a child. They were by far my favorite part of the show and I am finding it hard to get past the fact that they are off the show. So yeah, is it worth me watching the final 3 seasons?

Next 3 seasons after that were fine. But Lucas and Peyton were my favorite characters.

Don't get me wrong, I like Haley,Brooke and Nathan a lot. I got a little bored w/o Lucas and Peyton but maybe that's me.

Mine too so it makes it really hard for me to actually want to go on with the last few seasons :( Honestly Lucas and Peyton were the only ones keeping me going seasons 5 and 6.

Yeah, I dont think im gonna watch the remainder of the show. I loved Lucas and Peyton soooo much and with out them it wont be the same. The first 6 season have left me so emotionally drained though lol. I think im gonna just finish Supernatural and do a re watch of Smallville.

I would have been happy if it ended in season 6. Because everyone was happy. It ended happy.

The only thing they left unanswered after season 6 was Dans death and I think we would have been ok without knowing lol. Seriously, how do you keep going without arguably the most important character (Lucas) and one of the greatest love stories on TV (Lucas + Peyton). This show has made me fall in love with Hilarie Burton and maybe more with the character of Peyton herself. Oh well, I mean im sure they tried to keep them on the show but come one, just end the show if it isnt gonna be what it used to be.
The last 3 seasons still had some good moments and good stories. Yes, Peyton and Lucas were missed. I don't think it was a lesser show without them, just different. I think the show did well to last 3 more seasons without the 2 main characters.

Yeah. The show never quite felt like OTH anymore without those two. So it was nice to see CMM make a guest appearance in the last season. It wasn't much but it was... LUCAS again . Back on the show for one episode.
I think that's why I didn't love the last 3 seasons as much. because No Lucas and Peyton.

I love OTH too! I would have to say that seasons 1-6 are the best and the show isn't quite the same once CMM and HB leave. I almost try to think of it as a completely different show seasons 7-9 because of that reason.
Huge fan of Brooke/Nathan/Haley. They're the standout characters for me and I think the way they developed the Brooke and Nathan characters was great also.
You definately have to watch season 9 and in particular the series finale. I almost couldn't think of a better way to finish a series. It was great.
Did anyone else find the Quinn character annoying?
