Does anyone own a original prop from either show?

My boyfriend won and bought for me on eBay yesterday a Wolfram and Hart Incident Report that was used in "Soul Purpose". Welsey and Gunn both read from it. 🙂 I will post picture once I get it!
 
I owned Jonathan's sweater that he used in Seeing red and a brown Spike sweater that was probably used in First date.

Then I sold them because I wanted money. Bad, bad descision.

Other than hat, I just own pieceworks.
 
I wonder what happened to the original Scythe props. I assume there were several made, probably rubber and maybe a metal one or two for closeups.

Does Sarah have one? She should totally have one if she doesn't.

If I were rich I'd have a whole bunch made up and go around presenting them to all the actresses who played Slayers.
 
I know Joss has like, THE one, the metal one that the replica is made after. i dunno if there are other scythe ones but im assuming cast and crew have their hands on those.

ive always wanted prop stuff, i just dont have the money.

oh, and has anyone ever got those "mystery prop boxes" that are often on ebay? i always wonder whats in those things!

I too have seen these co-called prop boxes but the bids are always way too high. Anytime I see a orginal prop from either show (which isn't often) they always go for waaaaay more than I can afford lol. I did bid on one once but I lost the bid 🙁

I imagine that with Hollywood TV sets, like in the case of theatre sets, quite a few of the props are reused, broken-down or repainted and used again for another show. They don't sell all of them, by far. Finding an orginal prop at all is just luck.
 
I'm pretty sure there is more than one schyte. I think I saw one sold on ebay, and in the auction it was mentioned that there were more out there.

I collect props and wardrobe from a few TV shows. I recently heard that there were two metal scythes made and I know at least 4 stunt rubber ones were made. Two sold through ScreenUsed.com you can check them out in their archive section along with one of the Urns of Osiris and a few other pieces. I have a few pieces myself from Buffy/Angel you can see them on my site: angelbuffy22.blogspot.com
 
I don't have any original props but I'd really really love some. My only problem would probably be prices, I'm guessing they'll be expensive. 😉
