It's so great that lots of ppl like him! I absolutely LOVE him. I thought he was great in LOTR, loved the blue contacts. In pirates he really got to show what he was made of in terms of acting, and he did a great job!
Here's the heads up on his current and future films:
1. The Calcium Kid-he plays Jimmy and that is supposed to be out some time this year. Orli is the main character who is a milkman turned boxer. This is a UK film so there is no guarentee it will hit American theaters.
2. Troy- he plays Paris, the prince who steals Helen from her husband Menelaus. Due out in May.
3.Haven-he plays Shy.Plot from IMDB- During a weekend, two shady businessmen flee to the Cayman Islands to avoid federal prosecution. But their escape ignites a chain reaction that leads a British native (Bloom) to commit a crime that changes the nation. This film is being filmed right now and will be out sometime this year.
4.Kingdom of Heaven- he plays a blacksmith(hmm...sounds like another movie I know). I beleive he leads the people of Jerusalem against the Crusaders in the 12th century.Due out in 2005, but will start filming sometime in January 2004.
And of course the one you've all been waiting for:
5.Pirates of the Carribean 2-the movie has been announced by Disney and Keira Knightley has been quoted saying that They(her johnny, and orli) want to come back to do the second one. And this movie will be out sometime in 2005.
