I was thinking.......we should have more events on BB instead of justing waiting around for the awards.

I mean, I don't know, maybe a "dance", or something of that nature. :umbrella:

I really can't think of anything at the moment.

What do you guys think?
 
I don't know...I think it should be kept as a novelty...We could have the odd e-birthday party for some of the cooler members (ie me, myself and I) I guess.
 
I agree with +Matt+. not about him being cool, but about it being a novelty, like we cant make it too often or the coolness will ware off!
 
The staff comes up with events from time to time, but it is dependent on getting members to participate and staff having time to run them.
 
Well, and really, how much more 'social' can we be besides posting online frequently? We are a community made up of members from all over the world... hard to 'pull a dance' together!

Seriously though, if you have any ideas about some extra activities that you would like... please, please, tell us. It's hard to always have to come up with these things.
 
What about an Art Exhibition.
Say in one months time everyone who wishes to have a piece shown in 'The Gallery' can. I don't know the rule on artistic expressions here, but what if it doesnt have to be fanart, or VerseArt just for the evening.
We have some excellent artists on this board it would be cool for them all to have a shared page we we can browse, but have a special event night for the unveilling of the thread and some pieces.
Its not that hard a task, it would add to a social events calendar and its not a competition, just rather something that ANYONE can enjoy.
OR alternatively make it a competition. A week after the site is opened, we have three pieces that earn a rosette. 1st, 2nd or 3rd, they'd look cool on the signatures🙂
 
^That's a pretty good idea with the art exhibition.

I'm already trying to get competitions going though - we have an open thing right now (don't know if you saw)
 
I'd like to propose a weekly event that was commonly known on another site as 'Lesbian Tueday'. Greatest thread ever.

The weekly event consisted of straight girls, becomming lesbian for a day, posting pictures of pretty girls and making comments like... "Oooh!", "Ahh!" and "I'd hit that!" 😀
