So Mad Men's Christina Hendricks did more than one stint in Whedonverse. Spotted her on a flashback eppy of Angel.

Think it was the one showing when Darla sired him.
 
This episode is too hot. Too many hot scenes. It's funny to see Wash got his head kicked and when Inara kissed Mal and went "Aww, damn you" or something. 😀
 
I love that part, too, Min. But, I believe the line is "Son of a-" pass out. Same thing Mal said after kissing Safron. 😀

Do you know which Angel ep she appeared in?
 
Haha, I forgot what Inara said. And that girl was in The Prodigal. She's the one who talked to Darla in the bar. Darla asked her who that guy is(Liam). I thought she was pretty when I watched Angel. I didn't know she's the same girl here. 😀

I love this episode!! At first I felt sorry for Saffron, then I was like "Wait... she's got to be evil." LOL I really like her character, though... She was an awesome "villain". 😉 Although Saffron definitely
got what she deserved in "Trash"!
 
HAHAHAHAHA, that was hilarious when Book said 'Well... isn't that special?' Lmao!
 
I don't think I laughed as hard at anything else in the episode as when Book said "If you take sexual advantage of her, you're going to burn in a very special level of hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people that talk at the theater." That was CLASSIC!
 
Oh I think my favorite quotes of the episode are the following:

Saffron: I do know my Bible, sir. "On the night of their betrothal, the wife shall open to the man as the furrow to the plow, and he shall work in her, in and again, till she bring him to his fall, and rest him then upon the sweat of her breast."

Mal: Whoa. Good Bible.

And then again with the plow....

Mal: ...it's been a while"”a long, damn while"”since anybody but me took ahold of my plow"¦

It was just one of the best Joss Whedon episodes ever
 
I"m currently in the middle of a Firefly watch, and I had seen the first 4 eps already. It's so funny, I finish one episode and think "surely there can't be anything better", then I watch the next one and think "I was wrong!". So far this is one of my favorite episodes, Saffron sure had me fooled! She seduced me too LOL! And that quote by Book, o lord I was laughing hysterically. I love that Wash didn't cheat on Zoe, and if he does later, please don't spoil it for me! I'm so proud of myself for not reading the spoiler HisMrs posted. 🙂
 
LOL Spoilers are hard to avoid around here, but most of us try to remember that not everyone may have seen each show yet.
