I think Willow stayed with Tara out of obligation. When Oz came back in "New Moon Rising" she didn't know what to do and she finally decided when Oz left the second time, so what other choice did she have but to go back to Tara. If he stayed, she probably would've told her to take a hike! I know that's totally off the subject but I just had to let it out. Anyway, Tara and her had a lot of chemistry and the one thing that bonded them together was the magics, and that's also the one thing that broke them apart. So I vote that Willow should find a new love.
 
Spike Lover, it's okay! Don't cry. Oops...those are my tears, aren't they::bsad::? You hit us where it hurts the most, Winnifred. Just the mere thought of disliking Oz kills me inside. So...is there any chance that you're going to tell us why you hated, or couldn't stand, our beloved Oz?? ::morn::
 
tara and willow 2gether was better than oz and willow, but OZ is a total cutie, when tara is a total hottie...so? i still think W/T but oz i miss...
 
I chose the second option, but should have chosen the second last. She should be with Xander.
 
I chose Oz, even though I still like Tara, she's cool, and she treats Willow with respect 🙂, but I loved how Willow acted around Oz when they were dating
 
I don't know... I love that the series took the risk of the lesbian relationship, but I wish they had chosen another actress. I LOVE Oz and miss him... If I had to choose, I would have to say to stick with Tara, but I like the actor and character of Oz better
