Oz: Underappreciated?

I liked him in season 2 and 3. And at the beginning of the fourth season I thought that finally his character would be expanded on more... And then they got rid of him. Wtf! I think he was a cool guy, but I wanted to see more focus on him sometimes.

OZ was a cool guy. He was laid back and he was also in a band. I wish we got to see more of him and see how the writers would expand him
