Oz...

I just watched the remake of The Italian Job last night! It was really good and made me think of how much i miss Oz! ::crying::

His character was a computer genius working with a gang of thieves! He was very funny and gorgeous! Some of the lines were classic!

I just thought about Oz the whole way through it! No offence to Tara, but i think Oz should have stayed as Willow's love of her life!

I didn't like the fact that Tara's presence enraged him either cos that meant that, as long as she was there, Oz couldn't be! 🙁

Am I the only one who thinks this?

He is in alot of movies. I never realised until him now bein in The Italian Job aswell.

Yeah, he's in all the Austin Powers movies as Scott! He's lovely in them although he plays the spoilt little brat son of Dr. Evil! 🙂

I agree with ya elmo. Oz's created character by Joss was really cool. I also think he is a terrific actor. He just captures my attention and heart on screen......

Oh!! I'm so proud!! I've been AWOL from this site since spring, but before that Oz the mod (heh...aka FiveByFive) spent lots and lots and lots and lots of time discussing the sheer coolness that is Oz. Yes, great character, great actor, great guy.

I love Oz.

I don't think that Oz was enraged so much by the presence of Tara, as by the fact that she was involved with Willow. It wasn't Tara that made Oz go crazy, it was his uncontrolable love for Willow.... When he smelled her, touched her, saw her ("New Moon Rising"), and i think that it was the whole point, he had to leave... Things change, change is what keeps things interesting.

You know, you have a point there! I think that's what i was trying to say it just didn't come out right! But thanks for clearing that up!

I have no problems with Tara and i was sooo upset when she was killed! And i think change is a good thing, i really do, but i loved Oz too much for him to leave for good! I think i'm just having problems dealing with it, that's all! lol 🙁

i also think Oz should of stayed.....like the buffy and angel thing...he can love her with out becoming a Werewolf and angel can love buffy or he turns bad....

what are you going to do

exactly 😉

i miss oz so much!...couldnt he keep using the cage?,...i love tara, but i miss oz,he and willow made a great couple,so cute--tara was nice too,but i dont like her as much as i like oz.i cried when she died, but at the same moment,i thought,'well,oz is around there, some place in the world...,maybe someday, who knows?'

Oz is definately one of my favourite characters. I mean, he and Willow were perfect together, and as far as acting goes, Seth Greene is a much, MUCH better actor than she who played Tara. Not only that, but Seth and Allison have such a great chemistry on screen, something that, in my opinion, Willow and Tara never had much of. And of all the characters and actors, Tara is one of my least favourites. The fact that I loved, and still do, Oz so much prohibits me from liking Tara. In fact, it forces me to hate Tara, and her relationship with Willow, not to mention Kenedy and her relationship with Willow. Forgive me all the Tara fans, but I rejoiced from her death.

Did anyone else miss Oz in S7?
I know its strange, but I didnt really think much about him in S5, or S6, but because S7 was such an apocalyptic season, I realised we needed someone who could put things into perspective, in such short phrases.
We had so many characters for each thing, the comedy was Anya and Andrew, the speech side of things was Xander, the drama was for Buffy, and sometimes Willow, we never had anyone who didnt seem to care what was going on.
Ive babbled, but what Im tryin to say is that S7 would've been great with Oz in the mix, do you agree? Or not?

I want Oz to be back anytime. He'll the one telling everybody to calm down and not attack each other... Maybe Kennedy would be gone if he came back 🙂.

I definitely missed Oz. He was one of my favorite characters. He really had a way of putting things into perspective. It's a shame he wasn't there for season 7.
