This story would be a radical rewrite of the episode Earshot. Buffy hears other people's thought, but it is much more vivid than in the actual episode. It is both sound and vision. Buffy is so put off by what she sees in the minds of Xander, Giles and Wes that she needs to stay away from them. She goes to visit Willow, because the two of them already share most things anyway. Willow becomes agitated when Buffy comes over and does not want to be near her. Buffy cannot fathom why.
BOOM!
Buffy is sucked into Willow's mind and ends up in a place called WillowDale. WillowDale bears some similarities to Jonathan's Superstar-verse. It is a decidedly Willow-centric iteration of Sunnydale. However, Willow is not the superstar of this universe. Willow's desires as well as her fears and anxieties colour everything in this reality.
Willow's parents are much worse than usual. On a completely unrelated note, Jenny is alive and she is married to Giles. Jenny wants to rent out one of the spare bedrooms in their house. Giles is reluctant, because they would have to share their kitchen etc. with this tenant. Willow keeps dropping hints that she wants this room.
Xander and Cordelia are still together, but Cordelia is also the leader of the Cordettes and still very much a bully.
Buffy reads her diary in her room and discovers that "A" has changed to "W". Buffy assumes the W stands for Willow, but it turns out that W is actually Willow's doppelganger from the Wishverse. Vampire Willow is back and seems to have a crush on Buffy, while the Willow in this universe is straight.
Vampire Willow is the manifestation of all of Willow's suppressed desires. If Cordleia bullies Willow and Willow is afraid to stand up for herself, then Vampire Willow will seek out Cordelia for revenge. Willow is completely unaware of this connection.
Buffy must solve all of Willow's inner conflict in order to defeat Vampire Willow and return to reality.

Impressive, I might give it a short, very short attempt, I've never written in my life so don't worry if I decide to do it, it will be short so make sure to do your version.
I find Darla's life would have been very interesting, I loved hearing the historical details another poster posted from tumblr about Liam's time and it so clearly formed this person and character whether it was canonical text or not, it was like duh.
My quick story notes. I do not like the idea of evil vamp-willow as not personification of willows sexuality
Although the personaification of the repression would present it self as scary, uncontrolable, destructive Jungianshadow side, that is way and purpose of it needing to be intergrated.
Buffy desires/figures out the way to help willow, is making her come to terms with vamp willow.
Buffy/Willow/story slowly becomes unclear, confused, unable to tell which Willow is which.
Jenny & Giles together makes Willow happy and happy for Giles, wanting to move in with them is her parental issues, feeling neglected, wanting surrogate parents, infantile immature side that wants to be taken care of and for, also a nod to her adolescent crush on Giles.

What aspect of Darla would you want to explore? I think I would focus on her background as a prostitution and her syphilis. Is she angry at society for the life she had to lead?
Could you perhaps rephrase this for me? I am not sure if I understand what you are saying. Vampire Willow would be a form of Jungian shadow, but it would not be right to call her evil Willow. She is all the parts of Willow that Willow refuses to accept about herself.
That could be a way to do it. My plan was to have vamp Willow slowly vanish for every issue that is resolved. For example, if Buffy helps Willow come out, then vampire Willow will lose her interest in women. If Buffy teaches Willow to stand up for herself/be more forgiving of others, then vampire Willow becomes less aggressive.
I am not sure what would be the best way to resolve this issue. On one side, it might be good for Willow to stop looking to Giles for parental love. On the other hand, is it immature for a 17 year old to want the loving care of a parental figure?
I don't know. Maybe Willow needs to learn to be more independent. It is arguably her emotional dependency that makes her manipulate Tara's mind.
