Parents fighting...

everyones parents fight- its very sad especially if your rents get divorced or split up on bad terms but lucky for me my dad my mom and stepdad are all really good friends

Yeah...everyone's parents do. It's just..annoying! lol. Mine don't fight too much, but when they do it's like friggin' WWIII going on. My mom can get pissed off easily, then she's okay once she rants for a day or two.

... My mom has like pernament PMS or something, as long as I can remember she has been REALLY *****y. My parents fight almost consant;y...

Lucky that it worked for you Faldor, the thing is some parents don't understand that. You can tell them many time that you're the kid & you don't wanna side with any of them, they still don't understand.
There should be a parents' school where they learn how to be parents !

My parents fight alot...It's mostly my dad starting it, he's always so annoyed with everything and everyone. It's like noone can do anything right around him. I think it's his work, he gets so stressed cos of it, and takes it out on me and my mother. Cos he's in a good mood whenever we're on holiday, and he can relax. Anyway, I think all parents fight, some worse then others, but it's never fun for the kids in the family.

the trick is to get it through there heads that its there problem and you want nothing to do with it.
That doesn't work for me because we just sit there watching TV or doing homework or something and my mom just starts yelling at for TV being too loud, my grunting (homework's hard) too loud, etc.

My mom gets pissed over weird things. For example, it was raining the other day, so the night before she had said something about not going out. So I was in no hurry to really wake up or anything that morning. When I did get up (around 8:30 or 9), she was getting ready. She seemed okay...then asked what time me and my friends were leaving. I told her around 5, and she got pissed. For some reason, us leaving at 5 meant that she would have to rush around, wouldn't get anything done, etc. She's kind of weird about how she wants things done. Mostly we just clash because she worries a lot, where as me and my dad don't. My mom's one pitfall is that when she's angry, she's *mean*. At least she realizes she is, though.

My parents used to fight all the time when he was here, that i remeber. i'm actually happy that he left us. my mom deserved better than him, and she's now mutch happier and doesn't yell and is all "bad" with us like she used to all the time. but i hated it when they fighted, because sometimes it was for stupid things, like i let my toys in the floor, and i always thought it was because of me...

Mine fight alot too. Mostly about money. Sometimes they can be soooo sweet to each other, then times it seems they hate each other. I know how yall feel. My mom doesnt handle stress real well, so sometimes she takes it out on me. Not by hitting me. They have never hit me or my sisters, just yelling at me. Then my eyes whell up and she feels sooo bad. I really feel sorry for her. My dad is always yelling about her about money.

My parents had a bad marriage and an even worse divorce.

I remember things from when I was really young (they divorced when i was four), like when they would just be screaming at each other and then I'd sit on the steps with my hands over my ears and start screaming too. Or when my mom would want to leave the house to cool down, but my dad was a really stubborn ass who always wanted to "finish what we start" and would take the spark plugs out of the car, which then just escalated even more... It was special.

But now, fourteen years later, they are capable of having a civil conversation. That's something I suppose.
