I was reading that in Passion, there were two versions of it, one where David Boreanaz does the voice over, and one where Charisma Carpenter does. I would LOVE to hear the CC voice over, i was thinking though, why choose her, shes wasnt that of an important character back then, i can understand Angel, even Giles, but not her.
 
Thats what i read! Besides how do you know? Becuase it was never realesed to Codry version
 
well i for one am darn glad they chose angelus to do the voice over
much as i would enjoy hearing the other interpretation(s) of the speech, i think they made the right choice
 
It was much more dramatic with Angelus doing the voicover. Personally, it gave me chills. I mean, he killed Jenny and then he was talking when they all got the phone call...

just creepy and perfect.
 
The scene when Giles rings Buffy, that is one tear jerking moment!!! Angelus you horrid vamp!!!
 
i was just bawling my eyes out int his scene
adn i was completely freaked out by the expression on his face as he saw buffy collapse and willow start sobbing
l;ike to me, before that moment he was bad, after that he was evil
 
Yeah that was the moment in my eyes he actually became Angelus before that i still didnt see as being all that let alone something to actually worry or maybe defete Buffy.
 
i hated it when Willow cryed it was soooo sad... REALLY! it would not have been the same if Angelus didn't do the voice over at the beginning. if Cordy had dont it, it would have been hard to have taken it seriously.
 
Passion was SUCH a powerful episode! It was so sad, i couldn't compose myself after watching it for the first time, i was a wreck for the rest of the evening and i couldn't even get to sleep! Kept thinking about it.

Even after watching it a hundred times i still cry!
 
The way Giles had this little expectant smile on his face, when he entered his house . And the way it disappeared when he saw poor Jenny, just lying there. The worst bit was him dropping the champagne.
 
yea..... that was... and then angelus was smiling when he saw willow and buffy reacting to jennys death.... chilling.
