This courtesy of The BEAST, a publication based in my hometown. Every year(since 2004, and in 2002), they've done a list of who they consider to be the 50 most loathsome-for whatever reasons.

I agree with all of that, except I love Sarah Palin and Tila Tequila. Other than that, it's great!
Down with Barack Obama. Him and Palin should switch places on the list! 😀

Loathe is such a strong word, and yet, i am quite happy in loathing Dina Lohan and Tila Tequila. Throw Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan onto that talentless pile too. 🙂

I THINK I get the sarcasm, Harm's...but, really, if the Republicans think the future lies with Sarah Palin, they're not going to get anywhere near the WH anytime soon.

Can I just say how happy I am that Stephenie Meyer is on this list? I seriously cannot understand why she's making these "most influential people" lists. I'll admit, I like Twilight, but it's one of my guiltiest pleasures. I recognize the fact that her writing is just atrocious and that pretty much everything about the series is complete garbage. But it seems like 3/4 of the world thinks that she is the greatest author of our generation, including herself (she takes herself SO seriously.) And I'm still embarrassed for that magazine that called the movie "the Citizen Kane of vampire movies." YEAH, RIGHT.

Ah, nice list. I'm glad Joe the Plumber is on there. He kind of represents everything that is (or is going) wrong with the republican party. And, I like the bit by 43, You ^^
