Personal Connections With "Billy"?

I made the same post in the Buffy Season 5 section about "The Body" & "Forever" so any personal connections with "Billy"?

I have a lot of personal connections with this episode, my mom used to date abusive men & who also used to beat me when I was 12 & 14. I was mentally abused & physically abused from them, so I sometimes try not to watch "Billy" cause of how it means to me.

Guys, this really isn't something for the board and can be very triggering discussion for people who have gone through abuse.

Skytteflickan88 agrees: Just to give my two cents, but I think it might also be nice for victims of abuse to have a safe place to talk about it.

This is not that place. We are not counselors, and shouldn't pretend to be. It is terrible that abuse happens, but a message board about Buffy on the internet is not the place to share. First of all, keeping members from being triggered is more important, and second of all, it's not fair to other members.
