Personal Plea for Help

I know, can't help being a drama queen, another one of those things that make me so cute, along with being histronic and just all around fun.

Help me fight the restlessness that makes my bones ache.

I've been the biggest addict of this site that there was, the number of times per day that I logged in is not something that a normal person would or should carry with pride, yet.....

The day cometh when there no longer is a pull and like in all other aspects of my life I pull away, that's what I do, I'm restless and then I move on. Granted have had a lot of work to do and will have to do, but a real junkie never let that stop her.

Now I beg of you sweet BBer, amaze and entrall me with witty lines and an deep discussion that will once again bring me down into the pit of BB addiction. Tell me the secret lies you are all hiding from eachother, or just tell me sweet little lies, tell me the 411 on BB, tell me anything that will make me come back again and again and again for just a little more, just a little, little more.
 
Well JollyApe, I'd be more than happy to do what I can to keep you around, I always love reading your posts, so I'm gonna sit here and make a list on fun facts and such of BB, the buffyverse, reasons to post (and any other randomness that pops into my head 😉) 'cause hey, YOU ROCK! 😀

-VH wouldn't be the same without you!

-VH desperatly needs livening up, we could start a commitee or something! Either way, we need posters 😉

-I searched the day you joined BB (28 August) and 3 different Buffy episodes have been aired on that day....
Phases- Aired 28 August, 1998 in NZ
Anne- Aired 28 August, 1999 in Germany
Doublemeat Palace- 28 August, 2002 in NZ

-There are currently 553 pages of old posts in the Sunnydale graveyard just waiting to be resurrected

-There are still actually threads floating around with NO replies at all *gasps in horror* (at least 500 if I searched correctly)

-We have a nifty new pager messaging system (which I donno about you, but I personally have yet to and MUST try out)

-Right now you can go post in 1 (or more!) of the 54 games threads open in Slaying Practice

-We somehow managed to get by without a SINGLE thread dedicated completely to the Cheese Man!

-OR MR. GORDO!!!

-There used to be a BB Prom (believe it or not)

-The first thread posted on the exact date you joined BB is "BB Member Tour Guide" posted by Cordelia (https://www.buffy-boards.com/showthread.php?t=18103)

That's a start, gotta go for a while but I'll be back soon to add more, promise! 😉

And a prom? Now tell me who were the wallflowers and who got elected King and Queen?

You've given me a reason to live (again I do love drama), someone needs to post in all those reply-free threads, I will stand up for them, I will make myself their Champion. As long as their is a thread without replies I will not rest nor eat (and that was all very methaphorical, cause I need to go and have some breakfast right now).

And Ape. You wouldn't dare even thinking about leaving. You have no idea what I'm capable of........
 
It's not as if I'd leave on purpose it's just that it's so easy not getting back into an addiction once you've stayed away from it a while. But I do think that I'm getting it back, could be fun to stick with something for a little longer than a few months.

Is this the part where I'm going to have to start to fear you?

Seriously, I've had weeks of less BB obsession than usually.. Just keep going online anyway, that way you'll fall back into obsession eventually..
 
Lol aww *blushes* well I'm glad you liked it, and since you asked SO nicely JollyApe (and I'm liking the whole searching the deep dark corners of BB).... 😉

Queen: Rayne
King: Parker Summers (though it was mentioned somewhere that Hero won for prom king, although I didn't see their username on the vote, so not 110% sure)

BB Prom II
(I'm afraid I have yet to track down a definite result or poll for this one)

There was also a "First Annual BB Prom" last year, and although it's a great thread to read through, it doesn't look like there was a whole lot of talk on the Prom King/ Queen this time 'round.

Hmmm i think we should resurrect BB prom in like March... lol that way we can get you know the awards out the way first... That would be so awesome BB prom 2. lol It was really fun to participate in.
 
I Kinda understand what JollyApe is talking about. I had joined BB last Febuary but I left for a few months because.... I don't know really. Then I joined again with a different username and I told Buffy to merge the names together and now I'm back for good.

But JollyApe you can't possibly think of leaving. I know you and me don't really talk all that much but like everyone else you're an essential part of Buffy Boards. It wouldn't be the same if you left. Or anybody for that matter.

Buffy Fact (or rumor) Christian Kane auditioned for the part of Riley but the producers thought he'd work better ae Lindsey. You probably heard that one already but that's all I got. i ca't possibly beat Angelic Slayer's post 😉

See that was what I had almost forgotten. I thought this place had lost what it was all about, but there are still cool people here so I can't leave. I wanna hang with the cool kids and perhaps something will rub off.....................oh, the coolness obviously, what were you thinking...............you've got a dirty, dirty mind!

BB ain't just a forum, it's an atmosphere and with all the awesome posts I've gotten back the need for more of that atmosphere, just a little, little, little bit more of it even though I should have gone to bed hours ago. Just a little.
 
Yeah it was fun, i think there was like Class Clown, umm Most likely to succeed, so on so on and of course king and queen it would be fun to ressurect it. You should search for the thread. It was a good time, fun read if i remember right.
