Pet Names

I got a Kitten Today and after a bit of thinking I decided to call my kitten Echo, Because as My Avi & Sig suggests I am completly hooked on Dollhouse.

I was wondering, Does anyone else have a pet that has been named after a Buffy The Vampire Slayer/Angel The Series/Firefly/Dollhouse Character?
 
I keep trying to persuade my bf to let me get a pet so i can name it after a Buffyverse character but he wont let me get one 🙁
It's not fair one of my friends has a cat named Willow but i want my own little Willow or Tara!
 
Be very careful, do not get another cat/kitten as I am registered on Dollhouse.com as Echoes.
Does having a goldfish called The Deeper Well count?

oh god when i was younger i use to name everything after buffy!


I had two small pet zebra Finch Birds, they were so cute!
One was called Buffy and the other was called Spike.

Spike died first, then buffy died a year later, was so sad when they died ;'(
haha.

and one of my current cats are named Angel, ( the black one)
( he is such a mean cat, and he actually reminds me of angel! sounds weird but he does!)

Hahaha broody cat.

Oh and i also have a cockatiel named Willow 🙂

I might have shared this elsewhere, but I have a miniature schnauzer named Buffy. She was actually named well before my interest in the show; me and my parents were thinking of names, we knew we wanted a TV character name, and we almost decided on Scully until I said "oh what about Buffy". No interest at the show back then, but it's kind of funny now how that worked out.

I also have a ferret named Duke... He's albino. At first I called him Mal, almost called him Spike due to the color but it just didn't really seem to fit. I would have stuck with Mal but my sister didn't like it--which only mattered because she watches him for me a lot, and when I move she'll probably keep Mal.

I had a rabbit called Willow, but ti was years before I watched Buffy, so no I haven't intentionally named a pet after any characters.
 
I had a black fish when I was about ten. I called it Spike. Then it died a week later. D: Got squished up against the glass.
 
Isis' [my cat] middle name is Mesektet, which I got from Angel. Kodi's [my dog] middle name is Oz because he was a pretty chill puppy before he got all spazzy. But that's about it.

My cat's name is Sir Gaga Popington De Wimsy (no joke), so I get the middle name thing. We just call him Sir Gaga though...
My friend called his fish 'Miss fishy Fantastico'
(instead of miss kitty fantastico)

I think Echo is a great name for a kitten 🙂 Very pretty.

I do not have any pets sadly, but I know a guy who's two cats are named Mal and Inara 😉
 
I've never been the one who's named our pets. 😛 Our new kitten is technically my dads, since he got her as a birthday present. And he named her Jonesy, after the cat in Alien apparently.

One of my cockatiels is named Echo. 🙂
Because I was hoping S2 would happen, and because I think it's a really pretty name for a normal whiteface mutation (what Echo is).
Had the bird been more yellowy, and definitely female (which Echo isn't..he's a boy) I would have named her Buffy.
 
my friend has a dog called Buffy...i didn't realise it was cause of BTVS until just recently, whihc is kinda sad. but my justification is that i forgot it's name cause when i first got introduced to it i wasn't hooked on buffy

as a little side note, a high proportion of sites use 'what was your pets name' as a security question when your access your accounts or lose your password....maybe something to bare in mind if you know you've given it. Internet's not as small as you think 😉
