Petz problem

Bizarreness alert!

I'm logged in (obviously).

If I click on Petz -> Stats, it takes me to the Register screen (register.php)...

Did I stand on something?

That is definitly bizarre..it should take you to the richest pet owners and the top pets page...I'll get someone on that!!!!!
 
I've just noticed if I click on the picture of peoples pets, to the right of their names in each post, it also take me to the register screen...

I think I'm sat on the remote :clown2:
 
Hmm that is very weird. Run down for me what browser you are using, if you are using AOL, etc. Your cookies may be corrupt or something, because it sounds like it's treating you as not logged in when you try and view something only members can view. Try clearing your cookies and see if that helps. Nothing else is not working? PM's or anything?

Try viewing someone's profile the regular way (click on their username in posts)
 
I think I have the problem worked out...

When I visit this site, I type BuffyBoards.com. Without the dash. So when I log in, my cookies say buffyboards.com as you'd expect.

However the links to the Petz pages mostly say Buffy-boards.com (with the dash), so it thinks I'm not logged in as there's no cookies...

So, I blame Billy Gates. :hihi:
 
Actually I was having problems with viewing pages too..the board would also think I was not logged in and take me to the main page. It might have something to do with your Internet security settings (ActiveX) as I messed around with mine and it's fine now. 😀
 
I had a similar problem when I was using a public computer, and lets just say swearing in a public library is not something they like 😉

Any more problems just let us know.
