Ok so I am still crying. Yes I know...I can't help it. My PF Buffy just got here about 10 minutes ago and first of all. Sideshow does not do a good enough job explaining to buyers what the PF's are really about.

I was surprised at the big box. I opened her up, and I cried. I never thought she would look so beautiful and so big. Photos can not CAN NOT do these things justice. I was all about the 12" line, but I am almost tempted to get rid of it all to have more of these PF's. They are truly a beautiful sight to see.
I am going to upload a pic for those of you who have no idea what they are like.

I posed a 12" next to her so you can see.

I forgot to post her with the stake, so I will do that later.

congratulations on your purchase - I'm green with envy. I felt exactly the same way when i got my PF Spike. It's like falling in love.

I hope no one takes this beauty away from me.
In person it does. It really, really does.
PF stands for Premium Format. She is made of Resin and is 13 lbs.

did i ever tell you how jealous i am of you? i dont think i have so here it goes...

IM JEALOUS JEALOUS JEALOUS OF YOU!

you have the coolest collection of buffy stuff. all i have is 'the chosen collection' box set, a buffy figure that i bought at my comic shop and a 'sunnydale razorbacks' tshirt that i bought on ebay. my collection is lame.

may i live vicariously through you so i can have your collection too?

anyway, congrats on the new purchase. i dont care what CR says, i think it looks alot like buffy.

btw, can i borrow 190 bucks so i can get one too?

If I had that money left I would buy another. But they are $250.00 regular price.
I do think that it's awesome, but my question is, where will you display this? It's a monster! If you had a whole collection, they would take over your house 🙂 Very cool though.

They really do take over fast.
She is on my dresser right now. I am going to keep her there for as long as I can. I have a set-up in the den. There is room for her here in many places. It's just a matter of, do I want to leave her out of the box. I like keeping my things packed away neatly.
I have plenty of room for more tho. I could fit atleast 7 along the top of my shelves. Maybe more than 7 but that might be pushing it. We shall see. 🙂

Thanks everyone for the compliments.

Yes get 7!! You could have tea parties!
Thanks, I just Ordered The Angel PF 2 minutes ago. I love my Buffy one so much I just couldn't not have another.

Thanks all. Ok here are some more photos. I have 2 of her face close up. The color isn't super great because the flash was giving it a weird glow. So I turned it off. Looks like SMG to me.
The third one is of her with her stake at a different angle.

Whoa, the skin looks so freakily lifelike. See this is why I have never bought any of the figures- they are too darn lifelike! I'd feel like they were watching me (early signs of paranoia I know). She does look very cool though and the outfit they've put her in is absolutely perfect. In conclusion she looks great.
Only downside? She makes the 12" ones look puny and insignificant :sigh:

Thanks. And I agree about the 12" ones. Shame.
wow, congrats. i wish i had the money to get memorbilia and collectibles, but i don't even have a job right now, so no cool buffy stuff for me. It Is amazing though, and im sure even more so in person.

Thank you. And don't worry, collections take years to grow. If you want one, one day you will have one.

Thank you. It is possible you will get one one day too.
Hey where do you get your stuff from?

I try to buy as much of it as I can on online sites before I go to ebay. The reason for that is bidders know how to make the bid go way higher than I can find on the online sites.

Here's an example. The cheapest PF buffy (the one I got) I had found on a site for 212.00 and I was bidding on one on ebay. It started at 100.00. Now I knew it would never be that cheap but I hoped it would be less than 212. Well in the end it went for 212 and I didn't bid that high cause if I was going to spend that much I wasn't going to pay ebay people's shipping prices.

So I went to that site to buy her, unfortunately she is sold out there, luckily I got her for 186.50 shipped from another site. I am truly blessed.

The whole thing is, if you just search online what you are wanting to buy, more than likely you are going to find it cheaper.

There are of course some cases where ebay is still a better bargain. But always do your research first.

for 6" figures, ebay is your best bet for cheap prices.
