(I hope this is in the right place.)

Is anyone planning on attending the Philadelphia Comic Con? I was just at a con in Virginia Beach since I work in horror film and it was a horror film/actor convention. I saw news about Philadelphia Comic Con and I was like, "Eh, it is on my birthday." and then I saw James Marster ("Spike"), Amber Benson ("Tara"), Juliet Landau ("Drusilla"), Kristie Swanson (original "Buffy"), and Luke Perry will be there and my interest went from -_- to 0_0!!

Just got back from this OMG

Kristy Swanson ("Buffy") was very sweet and shorter than I thought she would be. She took a picture with me and autographed her issue of Playboy from 2002. I actually overpaid her so she tracked me down in the venue to give me the money back, but I was still in awe of her so I used it to buy an autographed stake.

Amber Benson ("Tara") was also very sweet and by far the most talkative and devoted to the fans. She had a no picture policy though, sadly. When I told her it was my birthday she jumped up and gave me a hug. She autographed a picture for me too.

Mark Metcalf ("The Master") was pretty cool. Two guys ahead of me were like "oh you were awesome in the movie." and I'm like "ok these aren't real Buffy fans because they'd know he wasn't in the movie." When I told Mark it was my birthday he sang me happy birthday! Who can say The Master sang them happy birthday? He autographed and took a picture with me.

James Marsters ("Spike") was by far the most in demand one of the bunch and his line was much more to the point and rushed, not that I blame him. He still shook my hand while autographing my photo and told me a story about when he was taking that photo. Very nice guy!

Clare Kramer ("Glory") was there, but she was launching something called GeekNation and was having a dinner with investors when I woke up so they wouldn't let me near her. I told her people it was my birthday and they told me to walk up and say hi, but not to bother her anymore. So I did and she waved back and smiled. Wish I had the opportunity to talk/take pics with her.

Juliet Landeu ("Drusilla") never showed. bummer!
