Ok and I cannot believe i'm going to say this but I agree with Terry. The idea of having it set in the phonebooth seems weird but I loved this movie. Colin proved good, at first I thought he was arrogant and deserved all he got but as it went on I started to really feel for him.
Sutherland was a good choice, the smooth voice, perhaps giving a good message of treat people how you want to be treated and most importantly don't use public phones to conduct your affairs 😉 Use email.

lol I thought this movie was great - a really unique concept imo. Colin said on...Jay Leno maybe? Or maybe it was Conan not sure...anyway, he said he had such a short time trying to remember his lines that only like 3 of the 2000 times he said the f word were scripted lol

I saw it at a drive-in.
It followed Terminator 3. After T3 I wanted to go, cause I figured -- a guy trapped in a phone booth... not tonight.
The friend I was with wanted to stick around though, so we did, and the movie surprised the Hell out of me. It was riveting. It's what I call a popcorn muncher. You sit there watching, munching on your popcorn, then all of a sudden there's a break in the action and you notice you're out of popcorn.
We both liked it better than T3.

actually, the lesson is, don't pick up a phone that is ringing you don't know. Like the phone booth phone. I mean, what kind of idiot answers the phone in a phone booth?!(obviously colin farel, but that's not the point 😀)
I suppose it was an ok film, a film you cant watch more than once but it should of been more exciting, maybe not just set in the bloody phone booth! It just got boring becos he was just there continously with the phone in his hand.
Who thinks there will be a sequel??? I bloody hope not!

hm, There might be, but I think it would be a let down. I like the way it ended, but you never know what they'll do.
