Does anyone know of any good, simple and easy to use places for up to date tutorials for Photoshop/Creative Cloud?

I've gone from Photoshop Elements 2019 to Photoshop 2026 & Creative Cloud and I'm lost lol.... help a poor old wanna be artist out?

I haven't checked any tutorials in a long while but lately I ask LLM (AI) chatbots to help me do what I want to do when I use a software program I am unfamiliar with.
For example I have an idea of an image in my head but don't know how to implement it on Photoshop, I describe what I want to do and the chatbot roughly tells me what tools I can use.
